I have been having a lot of problems with writing lately. I still love my Brendon Urie story, I just don't have the inspiration right now. Recently, I haven't been posting because I'm trying to find my inspiration. I've been listening to a lot of oldies, which normally inspires me... but it's not working thing time around. I guess after 16 chapters, the same ol'-same ol' just won't cut it.
Owl City does inspire me at times, but when I try to write something down it's cliche or is very unsatisfying. Frustration then kicks in and it just gets really off track there. I'm currently hating how I write. The next chapter for Blue and Yellow is quite a filler, but I'm trying to write something in it that's not a filler. It's hard.
Northern Downpour by Panic inspires me a lot, but it's more of a different chapter. I have everything in mind, even the ending, but I hate the process of getting there. I also hate putting my ideas down into the computer. It's not the same. What I mean is an idea can pop in my mind, and then I imagine the scene very well through, but when I get to the computer, it's a whole lot different. Plus, it's hard wording down how I feel, see, and etc...
Mmm, I'm hoping this is just a phase.
Anyways, I'd like to know what inspires you guys? Do you listen to songs for inspiration? What songs?
