Punching Bags are a Beautiful Thing

So I was in my brother's room(who is never home) and I found this box. So I flipped it over and it was a punching bag like with a stand. So I was like, "What the hell!" and I set it up. Although filling the bottom with water so the entire thing doesn't fall over was quite the adventure. I had to fill it outside, then carry th heavy thing all the way up the prch through the living room then upthe freaking stairs. Yeah...

......

Anyway, so I set it up and then beat the living crap out of it. This thing is seriously amazing. I reccomend them to all you guys! You can take out all of your aggression, and it is awesome exercise! I in love with it! My arms are like dead right now though haha.

So yeah, that was my message to all of you guys. YOU SHOULD ALL GET PUNCHING BAGS(with a stand) they are really amazing.
