It was my birthday today :)
Last night my friend took me to a show. We went to go see Julia MacDonald and Boats!!. It ran past 12, so technically it went into my birthday. It was awesome! Much singing along and joking went on, including the discussion of the longest bridge over the shortest amount of water and why Frank Black is a douchebag.
This morning I slept until 12, went downtown, bought of Montreal's Sunlandic Twins on vinyl (the edition with the free EP!), and went and got sushi and spring rolls. Awesome. I had vegan ice cream for dessert. I was assaulted on Facebook by birthday greetings too.
I'm listening to The Pixies for the first time in awhile. All is good.
