HELP!

I know this is going to sound stupid.....but I can't change my layout on mibba....if you know how to please let me know. I'm feeling a little clueless right now. I would greatly appreciate any help from anyone! Oh and if you could help me find a way to put pics on here... I'd appreciate it too. Also thanks to anyone who helps,reads my story, and comments/talks to me. I love you! But seriously there peples.....HELP! I'M A RETARD AND I KNOW IT! BUT HELP!
