The wizarding world is in denial of Voldemort's return and no one believes Harry except an exclusive group of wizards who call themselves the Order of the Pheonix. Their headquarters are Sirius Black's own lodgings and are comprised of Harry's closest adult friends: The Weasley's, Dumbldore, Mad-Eye Moody, among others. Back at school, a woman by the name of Professor Dolores Umbridge is appointed as the new Defence Against the Dark Arts professor by the ministry of magic, however she refuses to teach the students defensive spells and it appears she is slowly starting to take over the school.
