In this play, Stoppard satirically dives into the lives of Rosencrantz and Guildenstern, two minor characters from Shakespeare's play "Hamlet." This story offers a behind the scene look at what Rosencrantz and Guildenstern were really up to when the events of the Hamlet tragedy unfolded.
Yes! Rosencrantz and Guildenstern! This is one of my favorite things that I ever had to read for school. I love all the absurdist and surrealist stuff, and I love just the whole concept.
