The Enemy by Charlie Higson

A disease has hit everyone over the age of 16. In London, teens have barricaded themselves into supermarkets or anywhere safe that they can find. A tight-knit community of kids from Waitrose are offered a safe haven in Buckingham Palace by a mysterious traveler. They then navigate their way across London, fighting off zombies, only to find out that it wasn't as safe as they thought it was.
