In the style of 'Go Ask Alice' comes a journal detailing the life of a girl struggling with anorexia nervosa. Like many highschoolers the narrator was asked to keep a food diary for Cross Country and decides to go on a diet with her best friend, but her calorie counting quickly spiraled into restricting. As the entries progress so does the thought pattern of the narrator, creating a very realistic representation of what it's like to struggle with an eating disorder. *Not recommended for those struggling with or recovering from an eating disorder.
