The town of Black Spring is haunted by a 17th century witch with sewn-shut eyes and mouth. The people of the town use high-tech surveillance to keep the town quarantined but after years of living under these strict rules, a group of teenagers decide to break the rules and make the witch go viral. But the towns people seem to forget the power the witch has.
