Hallam Foe by Peter Jinks

Hallam is an unusual child with the strange and somewhat disturbing teenage hobby of voyeurism. He does this less out of interest and more out of a need for intimacy and the power to punish his father and stepmother for the death of his mother. When his hobby arouses suspicion, he is banished to Edinburgh, where he plots his revenge.
