I find ancient Egypt pretty interesting, though I haven't really studied it in school, unless I count primary school.

I'd like to learn more though. That way I might overcome my sort-of-fear of mummies. x]

I learnt about Egypt in year three, and that sparked an obsession that I never really over came. It's the most fascinating thing in the history of ever!

I find it so fascinating. All the myths, stories, facts. Lives they lived, the way they lived, what they believed in. And how advanced they were. I'm obsessed with them. And exactly for those ancient times Egypt is my favorite country.

I have always been fascinated by Ancient Egypt since I was a kid. O_o
I read more on them and I was really impressed with the Medicine Scrolls that were discovered: the Ebers papyrus, the Edwin Smith Papyrus, the Hearst Papyrus.
But then, who wouldn't be fascinated by the Tombs, the Pharaohs, Cleopatra, Hatshepshut, the way they ruled, the way they lived, the way they conquered and the way they stayed independent until the Romans made them a province? I think Ancient Egypt is amazing.
They also maintained their culture and weren't influenced as much as the other countires. Clap

I learned about Anciet Egypt when I was in sixth grade. It was seriously interesting.
Then I did a report on Hapshepsut and it was cool to learn about and everything.
    The pyramids are just awesome.

I've been to Egypt. It was fantastic!
Seeing pictures of thepyramids isnt enough, you need to go and touch them and sit on them and just become part of the history.

It still amazes me that I touched stone that an ancient civilization created some thousand years ago. I've touched history and I've left my mark on history.

I adore Ancient Egypt, I used to think I was a blonde Cleopatra when I was like 4.

I wish there were still places like that, it's just fascinating.

I'm in love with Ancient Egypt, been fascinated by it since I was 8. It's so interesting. Tutankhamen was definitely my favourite, I love reading about him. Mummies are so interesting too, and pyramids. Everything about them is just woot!

My brother has this movie on the curse of Tutankhamen, although I think it's made up... oh well. It's cool. :con:

We studied Ancient Egypt in year three.
We did like, a project booklet on it and it was really cool. We learnt about loads of things like jobs, farming, food, pyramids, Gods and Godesses etc.

We're studying ancient Egypt in my World Cultures class. In fact, I happen to be working on a story we had to write in the point of view of someone from that time at this moment.

Ancient Egypt is rather interesting. I find the pyramids nothing short from amazing. It must've took tons upon tons of painstaking effort and dedicationt to buid them.

Some sort of acid, I believe...Then again, I'm not that good at science.

But yeah, just like everyone else here, this subject has always fascinated me.

I was going to go to Egypt last summer but because of the lack of money I couldn't. v.v I also knew my old neighbor who would draw egyptians and all kinds of egyptian stuff, it was so realistic and fascinating. Sorry if this isn't exactly related to the topic...

I'm doing an art piece on it. I'm taking random art works from Ancient Egyptian art and drawing them on this foam board like thing and putting glue gun on the lines, then gluing fabric on it to paint over it.
