Hair Dye

I've dyed my hair many a time. Like... once every two months for the past three years I think.

The first time I ever dyed it I did it red, but I can't remember what that looked like, it was 3 years ago and I have no pictures form it, haha.

I've had my hair purple several times, once when I was redyeing it purple the colour messed up so I ended up with pink roots, which was a tad weird. I've done my hair brown a few times, when my mother got sick of it being purple, and tomorrow I'm going to start going blonde.

But I think that might take a while because my hair's come kinda reddish brownish faded purple colour right now, 's a bit weird. I'll have to see what the hair dresser says.

I can't go any awesome colours though, because work and school would get pissy >.<

I megaly abuse hair dye.
So much that i've screwed my hair now.
I've been dying it since I was 12, and i'm 17 now. I've never like, stopped dying it.
I tried to let my hair grow out and I hated it so I just plonked black back on it and I put loads of stupid colours through it.
It's ruined really, but ahwell.

I totally abuse the hair dye. My hair has been purple a few times, brown, blonde, red, and i had highlights a few times. It's so damaged but it's like im addicted to dying it. It's auburn at the moment but I'm thinking of dying it black.

I used to dye the under layer of my fringe blue , and the tips of my hair purple but I've made sure that it's all semi permanent.
Now I'm just going for the natural look , I have natural highlights anyway.

My mom never lets me dye all of my hair. Thank goodness, or I would have dyed it all black my freshman year. But I do like to have streaks and highlights. Currently, my hair is it's natural color [blonde] on top, brown underneath, and I have two streaks of purple.

I've decided I'm walking to the shopping centre and getting dye. I don't know what, we'll see when I get there. :XD Maybe orange. :think:

I love hair dye.
I like choosing a colour and sticking to that for as long as I can.
At the moment it's white-blonde, which took ages to get because I had to strip out all the dark red/purple colour from before, which I hated.
Before that was a bright red, which I loved because I could make it look all anime-like with lots and lots of hairspray, but everytime it got wet everything I touched ended up red, and I couldn't wear certain colours because they clashed badly with my hair. Red was the cheapest colour though, to maintain.
Before that was black, which I enjoyed at the time and occasionally want again, but not often.
Then before that was purple, for about a month.
Then a chocolate brown colour, back when I had really long hair, which must have been... 2/3 years ago.

Uhm, right now and for a long while my hair has been dyed black.
I know, cliche.
but for a while I had a bunch of red in it.

I dyed it today. It's got pink, orange, red & purple in it. I think it's pretty rad. :tehe:

I dyed my hair red, but it needs to be BLACK again because I'll have summer classes =] =]

Lets have a timeline!

Year Seven - I got a free sample of red dye in a magazine and dyed my whole head RED.
Kept dying it different shades of red/brown until the school photos for year eight, then I bleached it, and it came out straw colored.
It was horrible.

Then I left it, until the start of year nine. And I dyed my fringe purple, but that got cut out a few months later.
Then in October I dyed it blue. And then purple. Then pink. Then...orange. Then 'peach'. Then blonde. Then blue. Then purple. Then red. Now pink.

I found this new blue from the brand I use, so I might use that.

And my hair is still alive! :;wow:
That's probably because I look after it, borderline obsessively.

Yeah, blue turns out green a lot. I tend to leave blue dye in a lot longer than is said, because then it turns out blue-er.
I might have a look at this color. :weird Though I'm a little attatched to this pink. :tehe:

I dye mine red, then I changed dye and it went orange :cheese:
Then I tried to dye it brown, went ginger

Now I went back to my old red dye - my hair is now purpleish :XD
