I've dyed my hair a few times.
It's been black, bright red, purple, brown and dark blue.

I would have done loads of others but my school has a thing about dyed hair. Plus, I've been getting lazy.

I want to dye my hair black soon, but then I really want to go green/blue in the summer, so I don't know.

I think that color in your hair makes life fun. My dad thinks I'm a freak for wanting unnatural hair, but I love it.

I'm getting my hair tipped in blonde tomorrow. My mum's going to do it for me.

I want to go fully blonde, like all in one hit. But she won't let me. Disgust

I don't abuse my hair that much....
I've had red hair for ever, but my hair is naturally brown.
But since it looks so much better red, I dye it all the freaking time...haha.
But I've taken to using henna, it's (almost) permanent dye,
Without all the shit that kills your hair. So that works for me! :cute:

My mom tells me I'm addicted to dying my hair.
She made me promise I wasn't going to dye my hair anymore, but I crossed my fingers. Shifty

I'm re-dying it purple this weekend because my hair right now is really messed up, it's purple, blue, reddish brown, and blond.

I like to dye my hair! I've been bright blonde, ash blonde, really red, brunette, almost black, pink tips! It's so much fun to dye your hair, but at the moment I'm a light brunette colour. I like it alot, but it probably won't be long till I dye it again- probably red because i loved that the most. :D

My hair is brown, and my under layers are blue. I did it an hour ago, actually, so I'm not sure how it looks, seeing as it isn't dry... or straight.

How long ago did you dye your hair black, and what condition is your hair in now? Dry or frizzy or split ends?

I love dying my hair! I think it's a lot more individual. I've dyed my hair purple twice, blue black twice, reddy brown a few times, bright red, brown a few times and some various other hair colours. I've also had blonde streaks.
Atm, my hair is reddy brown, as it's fading from bright red back to my natural brown. I'd love to dye my hair blonde, but I dont think it would suit me. D: And in the summer I intend to dye my hair peacock colours.

Well, I've dyed it black once a month since November, and I re-dyed it yesterday, but with dark brown instead of black. It's actually in pretty good condition. I use a LOT of conditioner so it's not dry or broken or anything.

I have naturally dark brown hair but I tend to dye it for summer every year.
& now I can have it dyed not in summer too, so I'm going ginger in like, mid June.
It's going to be epic :con:

I've had black hair a few times, a pink fringe, and purple underlayer that turned into a bleached one.

And is Special Effects good for hair dying? I've heard that it's good and that it's better then Manic Panic but I was just wondering if anyone else has used it... 'cause I'm thinking their fish bowl colour after the ginger ;)
Or there's one called Crazy Color too...

I'm not really into dying my hair that much (especially since my parents won't let me Disgust ), but when school is over I'm gonna get purple highlights. :D

I can't stand it when people dye their hair a color that hella doesn't look good on them. It's like, "DUDE! You can't pull off pink hair! Give it a rest, dammit!"

I dyed my hair blonde, then got purple streaks, then dyed it like an auburn blondish brown.
I want to dye it again.
But my hair will, like, fall out.

Well then, it would be in okay condition to bleach the black out, however, if you were to bleach it, you need to leave your recently died hair for at least a week, maybe two before you attempt to bleach the dye out.

Doesn't it take multiple times bleaching it before it actually goes white -blonde, though? I've been told that it turns your hair gross colors.

Yeah, you have to bleach it, wash it out, bleach it again, wash it out.
There shoud be instructions on the package for how long to leave it in for. Each time you bleach it, it gets lighter.
If you're going from black, it will go red and gingery colours, then eventually work it's way up to a more white blonde.
