DC's or Converses?

I'm over the bulky skate shoe shit. Don't really wear my converse anymore either. I roll with Nikes but if I had to choose - it'd be converse.

And DC's are like everywhere. I found a pair even in Africa, while we were vacationing there. It was pretty cool cause they were furry and like striped like lions. I loved it.

I personally think DCs would look stupid on me. 'Cause I'm so short, my freind said I'd look like one of those chibi things with massive feet. :XD

I gave two pairs of Converse and I wear them frequently to school but not as much as I used to. I think Vans are comfier.

Same here, lol. I have a pair of Punkrose shoes that are huge and they make me look disproportional because of my height and body structure. I only wear them now on extremely rare occasions.

I wear my Converse every flipping day. They're so comfortable now because I've worn them in so much And my friend just bought me awesome new shoelaces for them, ahaha.

I like Converse way better. I don't like those big skate shoes; they make me look stupid. I have a whole collection of Converse, still growing. Even though it's a pain to take them off only by the laces, I like how they can go with pretty much any casual outfit.

At the moment I really want some white ones and yellow ones.

What the fuck. Converse don't hurt, maybe they hurt cause you got the wrong size. :roll:

Well, y'know, seeing as you put 'everyone either likes DC's or Converses' at the start of the thread I decided to state my opinion: I don't like either, and you put 'everyone'. So it does have something to do with it. Reeeally don't see how that's breaking any rules or whatever. I didn't mean to be smug or rude or somehow offensive if you interpreted it like that. :cute:

So this isn't spam...I did own a few pairs of Converse when I was about twelve or so. They hurt my feet for some reason :/ they are very practical shoes though I guess, and I like the designs of a lot of them so I can see the appeal.

Now that I think about it..

Chuck's are way more versatile than DC's. Someone can wear Con's with a dress and still look beyond chic(if its executed well). I think DC's can only be pulled off with jeans and a t-shirt.

I like both, although at the moment i have no converse, they have all finally ripped to shreds :(

Sometimes they still hurt my feet a bit. My heels rub in one pair and squeak in another, yet they're both UK size 5.

....I'm into cheep knock-offs. Sure, they're waaaay awesome, but its all cool with me. I go to thrift shops and such.

But I did know this one guy who owned over 30 pairs of shoes that ranged from all sorts. crazy person.... but cool, all definitely cool

I found my old pair of bulky, camo DC's that my dad bought me when I was ten. I remember telling him that he was stupid for buying me such unattractive shoes. I hated the big, padded skateshoe-type of footwear, so naturally... I was mad. :XD

Heh, I like the cheap knock-offs too. I got an awesome pair of high tops for waaaay cheaper han the converse high tops are.

And as for converse vs DCs... converse designs with the DC comfort. I've got really wide feet, and the side of converse rub weirdly.
