Lucid dreaming is when you are aware of dreaming while you are dreaming, and people can control what they do.
I've always been interested in dreams, but only recently started thinking about lucid dreams.
Do any of you lucid dream? Or are you interested in them?
Any extra tips on how to lucid dream?

This and this are good guides to having Lucid dreams.

I either lucid dream, or I don't dream at all.

    I'm weird.

I have lucid dreams once in a while. I think they are really cool. Knowing what the hell you are doing and knowing you are dreaming.

I've never done this, would be cool though, sometimes I daydream about what I'd like to happen, then sometimes fall asleep during it, then my dream is about what I was daydreaming about :tehe:

I think I have the opposite.
I mean, a dream where you know you're dreaming, but you can't wake up. Or if you do wake up, you're still half in the dream, so not fully awake.
They're weird, and kind of horrible. I usually get them when I'm ill, too.

I've had dreams where I knew I was dreaming, but in those cases, they were bad dreams I wanted to wake up from. I've never had a good dream in which I knew I was dreaming, but I kinda like it that way. I find my dreams are like my other world and I like to watch myself live that other world. Really weird, I know :cute:

I usually have lucid dreams early in the morning. I always talk in my sleep during them too.

I've never had a lucid dream, but I think it would be pretty cool to have one.

I think I may have had these before, if I understand what they are correctly.
I'm not sure what I think of them. Sometimes, if I know that I'm dreaming and it's a bad dream, I can usually pull myself out of it and wake myself up.
Other times I'm conscious that I'm dreaming, but...I'm not really sure.

I've always had a lot of lucid dreams. And for a long while I thought that's the way most people dream. Of course, I have non-lucid dreams too and I like the non-lucid ones better.
The theory that you should constantly ask yourself while you're awake "am I dreaming now?" until it becomes a habit amuses me though.

I've never had one, though I'm rather fascinated by them and would love to have one. They're really interesting, and I think I became hooked on the idea after seeing Waking Life (which made my head hurt) for a second time. And a bunch of other indie films I love.

At one point when I was younger I tried writing YOU ARE DREAMING on my arm. Didn't help. :XD

I used to do that all the time when I was little. I was able to create in my mind what I wanted to dream about and what I would do in my dream. This may sound creepy, but whenever I would shut my eyes it was almost like a robot saying "Welcome To Dream Selector" while a cube would spin. I wish I was still able to do that. Those dreams were so cool. I really miss Lucid Dreaming.

I can kind of do that in the sence that I can think of who I want to think of then they will be in my dream, and if i have a nightmare, I can think 'I have to wake up before I die' then I will be still in that dream land while forcing my eyes open.

I do this every now and again actually.
If I'm dreaming about something I really want to be true (like meeting MCR for example) I'll know through-out the dream that I'm just dreaming.
I'll think "I wish this wasn't a dream" whilst still dreaming.

    Once in awhile.
    But not very often.
Though, I might do it more than I think.
I can't remember a lot of my dreams.

I've had at least one lucid dream.
It felt like that I was disconnected from my
body, and was lying next to myself.

I knew something in my dream was going to
scare me, so I tried kicking myself awake.
That didn't work, so I had to face the scary thing. :omfg:

I don't know whether I'm lucid dreaming, I thought it was just day dreams, or night dreams in some cases. But it's like I'm asleep but only with my eyes. It's just like a movie in my head, the way I want the movie to go. I don't know. It doesn't feel like sleep or a dream at all.
