I was so happy when I got their offer, too. tehe I can't believe how lucky you are, you don't even have exams at the end of the year like I did so you can just lazy about and read until next September. Life's not fair.
I don't know about the rest of my offers yet, though! (Though, to tell the truth, I really ought to/kind of want to just take the Glasgow one and run!) And I think if I just lay about and read I'd get kicked out of school! tehe

Scotland seems to be the only place where the second last year of school is the hardest and most important!!

Do give Glasgow some serious thought even after you get your other offer because it's an awesome uni. I can't wait to finish the semester so I'll be properly entitled to brag about how good the course is. XD

Yeah, it's so odd because my second last year was just reading all the time. I never had to do any homework/assignments and my timetable was pretty undemanding compared to people who took sciences/maths. Enjoy your freedom and laziness because when you'll start uni, you'll have loads of work to do.

Our second last year is absolutely mental - so much cramming, no free periods (or time at all!), holidays, inservice days etc. all spent begging teachers for extra help XD

I decided today that I really want to go to Teesside in Yorkshire. They do a really good forensic science course, which is what I do at college.
Just got to wait 2 years now!

I'm really hoping to go to Warwick for Maths :D To me, it has the best course in the country and for Maths, I think it's better than Oxbridge actually...
I have an offer, so hopefully I'll get the grades in my A Levels and in my STEP/AEA exam! ^_^

Newcastle is my definite first choice, got an AAB offer from them. Other choices are Durham (Hatfield), York, Cardiff and Edinburgh. I have offers from all but Edinburgh, hoping for that soon.

Nottingham just rejected me, how cool are they.

I think I'm gonna go to York though, I'm visiting it next week and if I like it then that's all good.

I've applied to Chester, Lampeter (Trinity Saint David) and Winchester. To do Archaeology and History.
I've had conditionals for Chester and Lampeter. I hope Winchester would hurry up!
But, I think I'm going to go to Chester. I love it there. :D

I was considering Bournemouth and Brighton, because they're seaside towns and they're beautiful. My tutor told me not to base my decision on location, but my careers advisor said go for it.
    tehe
Other than those two, I want to apply to Winchester, Chichester and Portsmouth.

Anyone been to/go to Kingston or Westminster university?

Trying to decide between studying Psychology and Creative Writing at Kingston or Creative writing and English Lit (or Psychology) at Westminster. I'm torn and could do with a few pointers. All the courses look so good

I'd like to go to university in Kent, maybe Yorkshire. Somewhere quite a way from home.

Hopefully I'll be going to university next year and I've already got two universities in mind that I've booked open days for: University of Wales, Newport and University of Gloucestershire. I want to do Creative Writing and luckily these universities only require you to have around 268-280 points to get on the course.

Hopefully going to Teesside to do English with Creative Writing. ^_^
I didn't actually want to move away from home, and I have no idea why, so I'm sticking to Teesside. It's a 280 point offer, with a B in at least one English, which I actually only need 89 UMS marks to get now, so I think I'm set! :D
I'm pretty sure my Insurance Offer was Nottingham Trent to do the same thing, except I only need a C in English to get in. Fingers crossed I get my BBC grades though! (yn)

I have just sent off for as many prospectuses as I could and I have been round Birmingham and Wolverhampton uni's but I'm still clueless about where to apply to.
Hopefully I can narrow down the list once I know my AS results
