Area 51 can have pizza delivered to it. (Says my mom's ex, who is in the Army.)

I definitely believe the government is hiding evidence of aliens, but I'm not sure they're hiding it there.

I think it's more likely weaponry research and things like that.

Area 51 is a top secret military base and testing site...it is the cause of many a UFO sighting, though I'd say not of the extraterrestrial variety. Places like Area 51 and White Sands were and are responsible for developing bigger and better military technologies, so naturally all the crazy sightings that appear in the areas surrounding it make sense. Not saying 1959 was a weather balloon, but I don't believe it was extraterrestrial.

It was secret enough to call it a weather balloon, you have to be almost completely retarded to believe that.

And you have to be almost completely ignorant to use words like 'retarded.' Coffee

Be aware of what you say.

    Oh, man.
I really, really want them to have aliens.
    It would make my life.

Things I need to see happen in my lifetime:
    • Aliens
    • Dinosaurs
    • Human and Civil Rights
    • Affordable immortality.
    I'd be happy with that.

    Quit being rude.

And I wonder what happens to those pizza guys after delivering the pizza? Do they get their memory erased or something? Very Happy

I personally don't believe there's aliens or UFOs there, but I do believe there's something going on with the gov. there...possibly some kind of deadly weapon or maybe even human testing...I fully believe the gov. tests on humans.

But, then again I am paranoid.

I don't think there are aliens or UFOs there, either. I wish there were, but face it, what are the odds? So far, the only extraterrestrials I've ever really believed in are the "Ancient Aliens" that seemingly created mankind. Do you really think our creators are gonna get captured by us so easily? I don't. They obviously had some pimp technology.

If Area 51 exists, it's probably what most people have said: some secret military site that creates ultra-deadly weapons and/or tests on humans and other Earth lifeforms. But I wish Area 51 was a place with aliens.

    Put on to-do list:

    Find Area 51.

Area 51 is not hidden, you will just get shot if you go there...

If you think about how many planets there are, it's kind of ignorant to believe there are no "aliens".

Is there most likely life in other places in the universe? I don't see why not.

Have they visited earth? No. Eyewitness testimony is usually a) a planet b) a comet or meteor c) space debris or satellites or d) something built by humans, most of which are identified. I don't like the "ancient astronauts" so-called "theory," because it's just an argument from ignorance: I don't know why this is there, therefore aliens. Maybe Area 51 does top-secret research and I don't doubt that the government has done some weird-ass stuff, but I doubt it has anything to do with aliens. They would have absolutely no reason to come to earth, and how would they get here?

There's a quote that I think describes this well:
"Either we are alone in the universe, or we are not. Either one is terrifying."
I definitely agree that there must be "aliens" of sorts someplace else in the universe, but maybe they aren't what we expect of them. Perhaps they are bacterial growths that multiply by the millions in the core of some distant planet. Perhaps they live in lava lakes on the planets of Alpha Centauri. I think they are there, but we're not looking properly.

As for Area 51? I doubt aliens would come across Earth. And if they did they'd not likely crash. Humans aren't the most interesting species to study.

There's honestly no way in hell that aliens don't exist. Call me crazy but there's just too many undiscovered things in outer space to say that they're not real. To think we're the only ones here strikes me as a little arrogant.
Area 51 may not have anything to do with aliens, it could just be more government schemes that we don't know about. But as far as aliens existing goes, I believe 100%.

I'm pretty sure Area 51 is a cover up and they're hiding all their stuff somewhere else.

I've always had an interest in Area 51. I'm curious to know what they are hiding. From research I've done on the internet to documentaries and other shows I've seen about it, it really only points to aliens and weapons. All I know is that they really don't like people going there.

Area 51... Oh, boy. There's always so much speculation that comes with the base. When my dad and I got along, it was always a topic that came up for us two. We've bounced a lot of theories back and forth. To be honest, though, I'm not sure what to think on what's inside of it. It could be anything, and it could be nothing.

But there's got to be a reason that it's so heavily guarded. Why have it guarded to where if you were too close to it, you'd get shot without warning? (Of course there is a warning — a sign saying that officials will not hesitate to shoot). Why can't you go near it at all? I've even heard that the President of the United States can't even enter Area 51 because it's that secretive. And even better? The people that used to work there can't talk about their times at the base. Not at all. They signed a contract saying that they swore until death (something along those lines?) that they were not to talk about Area 51, or what's inside of it.

Could there really be something? Could there not? We'll never really know for sure.

I kind of believe this. The government knows people think Area 51 has paranormal evidence hidden in it so they play it off all secret but what if there's another base that actually has things like that. If I made any sense what so ever.
