I'm making a spicy vegan coconut curry along with some jasmine rice and ohhhh, it smells so good. I love how curry tastes, but I'm not much for the smell, but jasmine rice is so aromatic, it's a very nice compliment. I chopped up some squash and potatoes to throw in the for something hearty, and it's a basic curry powder mixture. So good!

I initally read that as "cinnamon swiss raisin bread," which did not sound nearly as appetizing xD

Mmmm morning vegetarian pizza. I made the dough last night, intending to throw some pizza together for dinner, then fell asleep on the couch and woke up not hungry (cool story bro) SO got up at six to grill sweet potato, pumpkin and mushroom, chopped up some spinach leaves, added the crumbled feta I got on special yesterday. Base of an italian tomato sauce stuff, sprinkled pinch of paprika and salt on the top. Chopped into pieces to take into uni for lunch.

Also, I tried making cinnamon sweet bread the other day - it tasted delicious but was a bit dry

I made more pizza - dough is so much fun to make, I can't imagine why people would buy bases! unless they were GF - and had the shocking realisation that I can make a crust by rolling the edge up. So the next two had crust and are the best thing. Pumpkin on pizza, man, that is where it is at. It.

Some sort of stodgy creation - potatoes in a cheese, bacon and onion bake. it's incredibly fattening but smells sooooo good.

I made this recipe for baked zucchini fries and they were out of this world. Definitely recommend it.

I just made scrambled eggs with sausage, red peppers, lots of cheddar cheese and a little bit of Franks Hot Sauce on it. Sooooo, yummy! :)

I just made broccoli cheese soup and Parmesan-crusted tilapia.

Spaghetti squash "lasagna". My famous homemade tomato sauce, ricotta/egg mixture, spicy Italian sausage, mozzarella, parmesan, asiago, and romano cheese, all layered in a deep pan with spaghetti squash instead of lasagna noodles. So delicious.
