The fact that Elena is brunette is annoying, but I think they made up for it by casting Ian Somerhalder as Damon. :yah

I heard that people are calling The Vampire Diaries the next Buffy the Vampire Slayer....

I loved Buffy but for some reason I don't agreee with that.

I just hope this is different from Twilight. I've read things online with people saying the books are like Twilight but I don't see that as possible since the Vampire Diarie's came out in the 90's.

I'm so ready for tomorrow night. I will be home alone so no interuptions and I can enjoy the show.

I like that the show is going to be darker. I like dark themes like that, it gives for good suspense too.

Every time the commercials come on for it, I get angry because of how different it is. And then they show Damon, like they know they're making me mad and anxious.

Like I said before, I have not read the books but the show is awesome. My eyes did not leave the screen at all. I was amazed.

Except - and maybe it is just me - it felt rushed.

And nothing like Twilight!

I didn't really like it. Since I read the books...I was let down.
But, like I've been saying, they got Damon spot-on. :XD
I'm not sure if it'll make up for it all, but...meh. We'll see.
