SO. QUESTION.

In the endin of s2, Elena dies and Damon fed her blood so that she returns as a vampire. BUT she returns as a human. How is that possible? They never explained in the season finale so now I am just so confused...

John gave up his life in order to save Elena. It was a witchy-spell thing.

Did anybody else's TV start hating them when the new episode came on? Or did mine just want to be particularly evil??
So the episode was amazing and I am staying with my claim that Season 3 is the best thus far.
I also cried way too much during that episode.

When Ric jumped in front of the car I yelled at my TV and told them to kill Jeremy instead. And then when they compelled Jeremy I started crying 'Aw, no more Jeremy'. My mom told me to make up my mind.
The coffin that won't open makes me happy. All my Klaus fanfictions are coming true.
Did anybody else yell at their tv sets for the last ten minutes 'KISS, KISS, KISS' and then squeal when they did?

Do we know for sure if Elijah is coming back? Everytime I saw the coffins I was like 'now go wake up Elijah'. Then it never happened.
I know it's the season of Originals.... but they could just hate us Elijah fan-girls.

I'm so torn, I like Delena but I like Stelena better. I will always like Stefan better than Damon. I don't know why, but I just do. I love Damon and all but he's just to controlled by his emotions.

Something I don't get is this: Damon has kill Jeremy twice. The time that he did out of spite, Elena told him she would never forgive him, blah blah blah. Eventually, Damon gets away with everything, it just takes him to being dying for Elena to be on his side and stuff. Stefan who does have his freedom now, has changed. I didn't expect him to go back to normal after having to be put back into his ripper ways. I expected him to be a dick. He hasn't killed anyone that Elena has cared about (that I remember at least), even when he was compelled to kill her by Klaus, he fought it. He's always been good to her, always put her first. But as so as he says that Jeremy being compelled and almost dying and is in danger isn't his problem; according to Elena, he can go to hell and earns a slap from her.

I'll agree, it wasn't nice. People say that Damon is more stable because he drinks human blood but Stefan has been drinking animal blood because he knows that him on human blood turns him into this raging, hungry dick face who can't control himself.

I'm just sayin', why does Damon get away with everything and get all these breaks, and Stefan can't? Sorry for the rant, I just had to say it.

On the other hand, I was happy with the kiss. I'm Switzerland on this Stelena and Delena deal.

The only reason I want Damon to be with Elena is so he can be happy. If he found someone else he loves just as much, or more, then Stefan can have her back. Who says Damon has more control of his emotions!? They be crazy. Damon is one of the most emotionally unstable people to ever be created.

I don't understand Elena when it comes to Stefan, because I do agree with you. Damon killed Jeremy and Stefan's friend--who I can't remember the name of for the life of me--and Alaric and he played around with Caroline and then he tried to kill Bonnie and she forgives him. That is not what gets me, because I would probably end up forgiving him as well, but that's because I forgive everyone eventual. What gets me is she she is being oober bitch to Stefan who hasn't done anything to her besides tell her he doesn't love her and he won't help her. Really? Who would you be more willing to forgive?? Maybe this is my underlying hate for Elena coming out because she seems like a snob to me who if I met I would probably punch her in her face.

I think people let Damon slide so much because of who he is. He's a fuck up. Stefan isn't. But I do think Elena should get off her high horse and stop being such an ass to him.

Now I may have just repeated most of what you said, but there is my two sense about it.

My thoughts exactly! I get bitched at all the time by people saying that Damon just needs someone to fix him. All I can think is, why try to fix someone when you already have someone who doesn't need fixing? People just love the mysterious bad boy. I happen to like Stefan more because he can be both

Damon isn't broken. It's who he is. What he needs is someone who will love him no matter what and choose him before anyone else--unlike Katherine and Elena.

So Bonnie's going to be romantically paired with her adopted brother.

I don't like it at all. Like, I'm glad to see Robert Ri'chard has successfully moved on from Cousin Skeeter and Meet the Browns, but unless his character has some kind of awesomeness up his sleeve I really don't understand where the writers are going with this. I love Bonnie and I want her to be happy, but I also want her to actually be a developed character and not just someone who pops up whenever shit needs to be done.

Anyone else have thoughts?

Who's seen the s3 finale and s4 premiere? Thoughts? SPOILERS COMING IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN EITHER.

I'm pissed off that Damon and Stefan keep blaming Matt for the fact that Elena's a vampire. It's not his fault. Granted, he did take her out of town, but he and Jeremy thought it was the best. I was like "Omg..." when Elena told Damon on the phone that she was going to go back to Stefan and everyone else. Then when he asked who it would have been if they all weren't going to die, she said she still would have chose Stefan and it might have been different if Damon and her had met first.

Then I was all like "o.o O.O OMFG! Oh my gosh. Wow... Awww. Omg! Awwww". Yeah, I was just like that. Because during the flash back...it was shown that Damon had met Elena first. Though if she hadn't looked like Katherine...he probably would have sucked the blood out of her body. Which is pretty messed up. I really liked the finale.

Back to the premiere now... I am so tired of everyone willing to put everything on the line including their lives for Elena. I understand that love is powerful and people should do that for the ones they love but...Come on now. Stefan and Damon and Jeremy and Bonnie are all like "Omg, is Elena okay?".

Stefan and Damon are completely irrational when it comes to her. They blamed Matt because she's a vampire when really, it's kind of Stefan's fault because he couldn't have gotten two people at once even though he's a vampire...

So ten bucks says Elena chooses Damon this season. And that it will probably be the last season.

I was so happy when Elena was remembering the things that Damon made her forget. I really just want Elena to choose Damon.

And I wish that everyone would stop blaming Matt, too! It really isn't his fault. Someone needs to give him a hug.

It's Rebecca's fault. Anyone with reflexes would've done the same thing as Matt.
Elena and Damon are cute together, but so are Stefan and Elena. I just want Damon to be happy!!

And I like how Elena still chooses Stefan even with her remembering everything Damon had compelled her to forget. I just can't picture Elena and Damon being a couple. Like a serious, let's settle down, couple. That's just me. Not to mention if anything happened to Elena...he would spend another 500 years or whatever, crying over her and everything. So would Stefan. Ugh...

I was actually really surprised about that, too. I don't understand how he couldn't do that.
But, nevertheless, I don't think it's his fault, because if he didn't do it, he probably couldn't in the first place. It's probably more likely, though, that the producers just did that for entertainment.

Really loved the latest episode. For some reason the idea of Stefan saving both of them didnt enter my head and I think at least some of it is trying to keep on par with the books, but maybe due to being suspended in water and lack of gravity or gravitational pull or something inhibited that somehow..? Or maybe there was more time passed than we realised.. Or ya know, like you said- the producers just decided to do it..

I just want to say in regards to the motorcycle scene last night that I watched today, all I could think of were the "I'm king of the world!" and "I'm flying!" scenes.

:) Anyone else? That was ALL I could think of. xD Took away any sweetness in it at all...

Haha, I was reading comments on imdb and a youtube clip of it and a lot of people were hoping that. Or that she got with a tree branch.

I'm just going to say that I can't stand Damon. He's annoying me to no end. His obsession with Elena is so boring, tiring, and old. Not to mention sad. It's just a repeat of his obsession with Katherine except he's irrational with Elena when it comes to his feelings and other people.
