When Kurtni left, I kept one of her notifications at the top of my feed for awhile. I was so happy when she came back, even though I have her on another site.

I have a habit of checking my pms and alerts first and then I hop on over to the blogs and creep a bit but I sometimes sneak on to Mibba and creep for a while and then I let my presence be known. Usually I do the first routine all the time. Shifty

Mibba secret: the amount of empty story pages I have on my stories page due to stuff being on the brink of finished, oneshots I've taken down to edit, and dead group stories that I'm in the process of reworking absolutely infuriates me XD

I have a habit of entering contests and never submitting an entry, so I started bookmarking contests instead.

    ---

If I post a journal during the day, I recc it when the influx of after school people show up.

Habits: I always check my alerts/messages first thing for anything staff related. I check all those, ignore the ones that aren't to sweep the boards, and then go back to my personal stuff.

Secrets: Whenever I want to have a discussion about something, I search to see if there's already a thread for it. When there's not, I get super sad and debate making one, but then think why bother because if there isn't a thread then surely no one wants to talk about it. Sad

I also randomly just scroll through the back pages of the forums and sometimes find really bizarre things, but I keep it to myself because it's years old and I don't want to make my lurking public knowledge so I just pretend I wasn't stalking about and don't know it's there. Whistle

I rarely cash in my story contest prizes.
    Especially beyond story comments.

I just realized this because someone messaged me asking me to pick prizes and I was all 'oh yeah, people do that'.

I prefer being in the contest and if I place, that's prize enough for me most of the time, especially if you get a comment on your entry through participation.

I creep through threads in the "group stories" forums.
    tehe

I also creep on random roleplays.

    edit:
I still look at the reader and subscriber count on my stories and calculate how many stars I should have.

When I can't find anything good to read on here, I read my own stories. Shifty

I create the story page, banner, cover, and layout before I actually start the story. Which is why the publish date is so much earlier than the date I post the first chapter. tehe

    HAHAHAHAHA I DO THIS TOO
Sometimes when I read on old things I've written I'm like 'why did I write this' but sometimes I'll read back and go 'hey I remember posting this little hint there good job Alex' and I actually pat myself on the back lmfao

    @ bullets are hailing.
I always do this too. And I'll even rec the story even if I have nothing planned but a semi-formed idea in my head. tehe It's bad, I know.

I mostly post recipes/tutorials to Mibba so I can easily access them again when I want to make the thing - Right now the thing is cornbread! - otherwise I'd probably never remember how I made it or remember to even write it down.

Yeah, I've only read a handful of stories that involved pregnancies that were good. I just don't see them in adventure type stories as a good thing because it changes everything. Shifty

I find it changes nothing that it should. Like, within reason. It's sorta just like "I'm pregnant!" *pop* and then yeah, everything changes and it isn't the story I signed up for...

    @ chai latte
Bahahahaha oh my, I do this too Mr. Green

Exactly, especially if the two were at each other's throats and sarcastic all the time and sexually frustrated... then they have a baby and are lovey-dovey to each other and sweet like Grmml I like my sexually frustrated sarcasm, thank you, now they can't even fight because of a baby. gosh.
I feel that if I read a story with 20+ chapters that it's a bit weird for me to comment. Like, "hey, I've read all 200k words and this was perfs." Or if I read three or more stories from the same author... in a row. I swear I feel like such a creeper sometimes.

I like to admire my own signatures / themes and then pat myself on the back, all "good job that looks fantastic now let's go change it".

I am a sucker for reading old conversations that I've had onsite. They cheer me up like no other. In Love

It's not really a secret that I'm also one of those people who enjoys observing the debates in the Discussion forums.
It's like a very educational documentary that has yet to end. Yes

I would like to add both of these to my list.

I also creep on old general threads and read through what people have said. I also like to read through most of the "relationship" threads. I'm a romantic at heart, what can I say? Though I rarely have anything to say I like reading.
