Only 2 hours? That's not far at all. I'd kill to have had a show that close to me.

I wanted to like them live. I really, really did. But Davey did this thing with his voice where he would end certain songs in a squeak. And it just killed it.

The corwd was dead during AFI but it wasn't the band's fault. They had no one to pump up the crowd before them. I was sitting lawn and I could see the crowd was dead. I felt so bad. But the energy they had was fantastic.

I saw them open in Alpharetta and was on the barrier and AFI had a ton of energy and the crowd really dug it.

Twenty dollars for lawn. Yup XP Pit's way too expensive at the Comcast Center. But Jade Puget is a beautiful man. I can see that from lawn. They had about a forty minute set which was really fun to watch.

Alpharetta was the cheapest General Admission Pit of the entire tour.
69$ including tax, fees and parking.

Did anyone get to see the band on their tour with Green Day?, I wanted to but could not, So instead I am hoping to finally see Blaqk Audio when they tour hopefully next year.

I'm just chilling out listening to AFI, jumping onto Youtube to watch some music videos and I miss them. :/

I just realized I bought an AFI poster maybe about 4-5 years ago. It was like the coolest moment of my life and I only just remembered I even owned it like a few seconds ago. :/ When I find myself at my parents house next, I may have to go hunt through the cupboard under the stairs...

I really don't think AFI gets enough credit. They are truly a great band, and I don't see why not.

The new AFI album is called Burials and it will be released on October 22nd. They are heading out on a headlining tour from September 12th through November 2nd. They also have a new song out right now called I Hope You Suffer.
