I'm still in my "yeah whatever i feel like wearing" thing. I never went scene, but then again I'm barely 14. I liked to style for awhile, though. In the summer I just wear shorts and regular shirts. XD

I'm going through a makeup phase, though. I have a thing for bright lipstick. Rolling Eyes

Oh gosh. My worst fashion experience was when I wore this plaid dress, and the top was decorated with cups around the breasts. It was not meant to be designed like a bra, but but apparently it did when I went to school, and got made fun of. Although some people liked it.

    I like it.... >.>

Around the ages of 12 and 13 I went through a major emo phase. Looking back it was kind of embarrassing because I didn't do it very well. I straightened my hair every morning, had black nail polish, band tee-shrits and skinnies nearly every day, and using Sharpie to write song lyrics on my wrists and stuff.

    So embarrassing. Facepalm

One time in grade 8 I thought it'd look good wearing what were obviously my brother's old pants. It wasn't like I could pretend they were "boyfriend jeans." They just boy jeans that quite frankly weren't even nice boy jeans. People asked me all day what happened to my jeans, and how come I was wearing my brother's.

Also at my Spirit Week in grade 8 as an inside joke between some friends, I wore a long blue summer dress -cute for a woman in some beautiful hot place- not for a little 13 year old girl in the middle of winter in the rain. I sort of regret doing that dare/ joke thing/ whatever it had been.

And in grade 7 I wanted a new "cute" hair style.... I ended up with absolutely horrible hair since my hairdresser at the time had given me too-short bangs, and nasty blond streaks. Oh dear, It took all of the summer, and grade 8 to grow it all out.

Yeahhh, grade 7 & 8 wasn't all that pretty. I sometimes can't even recognize who it is in the pictures from just 3 or 4 years ago.

Ages 11-13 I was desperate to be friends with the "emo" kids at my school. I tried to dye my hair purple, which came out grey, and my fringe basically covered half my face. I had a thing for wearing super-smudged eyeliner, to the point where I looked like a racoon. And I spent an entire summer wearing the same navy blue men's Underoath hoodie from Hot Topic, and black skinny jeans. I thought I was cool...

    So embarassing

When I was about eleven, and the whole grungery/moshery thing was cool, in the attempt to have the baggiest jeans possible, I nicked a pair of jeans from my dad, cut the bottoms off and wore them with about a million creative devices (i.e., belts and string and whatnot) put into place. To be honest, though, while I looked like a twat, I had the baggiest jeans of all the kids in school.

From 14 to just a month or two ago, I was in this crazy emo/scene/hardcore phase.
And right after seeing a hardcore show, I total changed my style. But I still wear the stuff I used to, just in a different way.

I used to be into the whole "scene" style a few years ago.
Had the hair, decked out in Hello Kitty, skinnies, caked on eyeliner, etc.
I also had a Myspace account with the hundreds of friends...

    Yeah.

I just think back and go WHY? Never again.

At the time, I thought going blonde would be wonderful. However, I have black eyebrows, and I have no idea what my "normal" hair color is because I have been coloring my hair so much. I remember I had to take the bleach out early because I thought my hair was going to fall out and it started to burn.

I decided to stick with normal colors.

From 2007 to 2008 I was a scene kid. Oh sweet baby jesus I had some horrendous teased hair. People actually made fun of me and laughed at me because of it. Stupid high school bullies. I even had blue hair extensions too. Haha.

When I was in 7th grade I had my obligatory scene kid phase, although honestly I was never too bad. Skinny jeans; band tee shirts; hoodies with crazy patterns; brightly-colored and usually mismatched Converse; and to top it all of, super-smudged eye makeup and black and white hair with bangs that I could barely see past.

Then for the first half of 8th grade, I went to the other end of the spectrum to make up for 7th grade and instead just dressed like a super-skank. Insanely short shorts and skirts; jeans so tight they practically cut off circulation in my legs; super low-cut, tight shirts; way too much makeup; huge earrings; and I even wore like, five-inch heels every day to school. I got sent to the principal's office or home for the way I dressed literally every day.

Then during the last half of eighth grade I finally got my shit together and started to develop the style I have today, thank god.

I mean I've never really had any major fashion disasters, I had the obligatory ~emo phase but my mum never let me dye my hair because I was 14(?) which I now thank her for lmfao. I used to wear all black though, it made me look so pale. Now is probably my fashion disaster era, but I just dress so I'm comfy so I really don't care if I wear plaid on plaid tehe

When I was in fourth grade I went into a emo stage for half the year, because I had some older friends who I thought were really cool, and they were all hardcore and emo. xD
