Mid-1900's. I love technology and all, but the style from the 50's and 60's is a style I rock Very Happy

1920s, born around 1900 so I could be a flapper girl. I just love pretty much everything about that time. I'd think I was the cat's pyjamas, seriously.

It's a bit of an awkward decade though, being sandwiched between two awful decades. I'd somehow have to avoid WWl and then die before the Depression and WWll.

    -Being totally unadventurous-

I was born in the 90's but I think I'd like to have LIVED in the 90's. Been in my 20's or so. A lot of stuff in my life revolves around 90s-esque things, so it just seems to be a perfect fit. The style, the music, and the people. tehe

I don't know the year(s) (because I'm just horrible with time like that) but I would want to live in England while Jack The Ripper was killing people.
Torn between wanting to be in that time period still or the 80s.

Serial Killer or Great music. I can't decide Smiley

My mother always says I should have been born in what she calls 'The Jane Austen Era', i.e. the early 1800's. I must disagree, as cool as that would be - what would I do without technology?! lmfao
I would love to grow up when something eventful was happening but that's more in theory than what I'd really want. I don't know... I guess I'm just used to the here and now too much.

I personally think that I was born in the wrong century. This whole 21st just isn't me. I think I could've done well anywhere between 1920 (sorry, I don't do dresses) and 1970. Although, I can't say I would've been "aye-okay" with all the racism. *shakes head*

I'd have also liked to be around during the Civil War. Totally would've fainted when I met Jesse James like some groupie. Ha Ha I may have even had Zee fighting for him. I'd have totally stolen that guerilla.

Born in the 1920s maybe? I would have loved to have seen Hank Williams Sr sing in person. It's a great thought. The modern age is overrated Coffee

I'd love to have been in the first wave of punk in Britain, you know, disillusioned youth changing society and it's constructs, ripping to shreds expectations and reshaping it all.

As if that's any surprise though.

I've been watching the BBC 4 documentary of 17th Century women on at the moment, and I think being a mistress in Charles II's court would've been excellent, since that was when women started to become powerful in politics and taking control. Yay for feminist roots in the Restoration.

In reference to my earlier post: Definitely Jack The Ripper's time. No particular reason why. File

I should have been born in the 40's or 50's. I don't fit in this decade at all.

I've always thought I'd love to spend a week or two in the 60s, 70s, or 20s. I'm glad I wasn't actually born in any of those decades though, because I'd never want to live in a time or place with the kind of racial/sexual/gender inequality that they had back then.

    @ fifteenwishes101

If you were born in 1960 you'd only really remember the late 60s... better be born in 1950 so you can be a teen in the 60s Mr. Green

But yeah, the 60s would be awesome to live in.
