It's referring to The Endless from the Sandman graphic novels by Neil Gaiman.
They're essentially personifications of these concepts: death, despair, dream, delight -> delirium, destiny, desire, and destruction.

Well Marty is my name and I was really into Mayday Parade when I changed my username so;
Mayday Parade -> Marty Parade.
Though it sounded weird without "The".

Originally I was Aileen in Horrorland, but after getting bored of an username that held no meaning at all, I changed it to my current one.

Sognare is a latin word and its translation is I'll dream, also it comes from a song of a Mexican band called Division Minuscula.

Ana had this username before but she changed it and was scared someone else'd take it. So I've taken it for her, just while she uses the name she's got. :cute:

I wanted an interesting username so started scrolling through my itunes.
I got to Alexisonfire, saw Pulmonary Archery, and thought :cheese: now that's a name and a half.

It also just happens to be one of my favourite songs by them, which is a bonus. And they're pretty much my second favourite band on the planet. So yeah, I think it worked.

It's the love potion in Harry Potter, that's supposedly the strongest love potion in the world - it causes powerful infatuation and/or obsession, and I thought it would suit my avatar...:tehe: Plus, it rolls off the tongue beautifully.

I've had a ridiculous amount of usernames..Big Maggie was a character I played in a play. Incidentally, the play is called Big Maggie. She's not big at all, but she's very big in personality and determination, and I took on aspects of her character after playing her. Just not the bitchy aspects. ;)

I got my name from one of the novels I've been working on since junior year of high school entitled "Fueling The Flame." This novel is going to be a work in progress for awhile but it's just really meant a lot to me in the past two years.
