Best concert you've ever been to

Hmm... I have a few. :tehe:

My Chemical Romance and Rise Against
February 23rd, 2007. This was my first concert and it holds a very, very special place in my heart. I stood in the freezing cold for hours and wound up barely being able to see, but it was such a good show. I loved absolutely every minute of it.

The Used, ft. Straylight Run, Street Drum Corps, and Army of Me.
April 20th, 2009.
Waited on line all day with my good friend Matt, saw them front row, and met them all afterwards. I've seen them four times, and this was definitely my favorite. Coming in close second would have to be the first time I saw them because that was just... incredible.

Cobra Starship
November 7th, 2007 + January 18th, 2008. The November one was an intimate, acoustic set and I'm grateful I was able to go, because right after that they kind of blew up and I knew that if they did another set like that, it wouldn't be just fifty people crushed into Vintage Vinyl. And, of course, their first headlining tour, RRRGL tour. The line-up was fantastic, the venue had no barriers, and they put on a phenomenal show. I really liked the Sassyback tour, too. Even though I'm not really into Cobra anymore, I've pretty much liked each of the six CS shows I've attended, minus two bamboozles and warped because their sets were too short and only included popular songs. :XD

Deathstars (in October it'll be the fourth time I see them this year :tehe:)

I've never been to a pants gig.. But my favorite would have to be a tie between

Gallows, Slipknot and Prodigy

But I really really enjoyed Billy Talent, Deathstars, Bullet for my valentine and Joe Satriani

Aiden, Taking Back Sunday, Lostprophets at Wembley Arena 2007 was awesome.

But I think MUCC at Metaltown hold 1th place, but that's because I fucking love the band and can't stay objective. xD

Motley Crue 7-24-09. By far the best show I've ever been to.

I have to pick three

McFly in 2004.
They were my favourite band and first concert I ever went too. I remember feeling like I was on air. And seeing them again this year was amazing too.

Bullet for my valentine in 2006, november.
It was incrediable. I was at a loss for words.

Deathstars, 2009.
This band are one of the most incredible bands you will ever see live, or ever just get to listen to. They are absoloutly incrediable and have provided me with one of the best gigs ever. Bloody love them.

It's a tie between Warped Tour 09 7/30/09, Owl City 7/5/09, and Backseat Goodbye 8/8/09.

Warped: I saw a LOT of my favorite bands, and got third row for Escape the Fate and The Maine

Owl City: He's just amazing live, and I got to meet him and give him a stuffed owl for his birthday, because his birthday was that day

Backseat Goodbye: Front row and center, max of 50 people there. Really awesome, small show. Got to meet him and hug him three times. I also hugged the merch guy 'cause he's awesome.

Deathstars at the Manning Bar in Sydney, October 24 2009.

It was an absolutely tiny venue, which only added to how amazing it was. I was as close to the front as I could get, seeing as some idiot photographers shoved in front of me and some guy took my spot.

Gah. I could go on forever, but I won't.

This Shit Is Fucked Up Tour (06/20/09): Time Again, Dropkick Murphys and The Offspring.

Punk gigs are the best. The Offspring is my favorite band. It was on a nice summer night and there was a clear view of the Chicago skyline. And when Dexter plays the Peanuts theme song on the piano xD The best part: it was the first concert I went to with my older brother and he's the one that got me into punk.
