I'm not subscribed to most of my friends. Or I'll subscribe to people for a day to decide.

How just because people don't witness things on here personally first hand, they don't think certain things go on and that they don't exist.

The fact that in the story layout editor, if you set text to be upper/lower/sentence case, save the layout, then go back and edit it, you have to set the text to that again or it doesn't save properly. Really butters my crumpet.

The fact that people still complain about things that aren't necessarily hard to fix if they're patient.

Things that may not be hard to fix still may cause problems. If you're usually on a mobile device, it can be a lot harder to do these things, so doing them multiple times may make you just want to throw your device across the room, not re-input layout information 50 billion times.

Additionally, if people have to fix all the technical glitches themselves without staff trying to fix the initial issue... they may just say 'fuck it, I'll go to a website that cares' and leave. Keeping Mibba running smooth and simply for all members is a good way to keep them happy, and thus keep them.

    ---

I wish there was a 'are you sure you want to navigate away' button on the sigs. I lost mine yesterday and was too assed to be bothered to do another.

I just opt to not make layouts on my phone. Is it too long to wait to get to a lappy? These layout problems are apparent but it's not hard to fix them. At least to me. I don't feel like Mibbians need to be babied so much. No site is perfect and if we're going to stay on Mibba where we obviously know That Dujo isn't always around, we know these problems may not be solved soon so we really just have to deal with it.

Or the site disappears. Most of the sites I've been on where the head person in charge bails, the site goes into a major state of disrepair and then dies and then one day you just can't log on anymore.

I think people have every right to expect the site to run smoothly and not glitch. I think the site administrators have every right to not do anything about it. I just don't think anyone is wrong or right.

(And sometimes, yeah, it will be that long before you get a laptop.)

All I'm saying is that people should know Mibba by now, no matter how much we all want it to run great.

New members join Mibba everyday. How are they to know? We shouldn't assume everyone on this site has been around long enough to know the webmaster is absent and what glitches have been there forever. Lots of people never even wander onto the boards.

How when I push confirm on deleting a user off my subscriptions it never confirms and I'm still stuck getting updates by said person I wished to remove.

I don't like that stories don't show the author on the Stories page.

That there's no "folders" or collections for layouts or drafts to categorize them. There's a search bar that's kind of handy, but what if I forgot what I named it because sometimes I name my layouts other things instead of the title of the story/poem. I wish there were folders. I just have a lot of layouts and it just seems messy to me... Facepalm
