How the image quality / vibrance of the image I upload for my avatar always decreases a lot Doesn't matter what file format / settings / increased vibrance I use, it all just kinda looks poopy.

YES, oh my god. I even make the avatar at least 60x60, but nup... still the same pixel-y icon maybe because it reduces the the image space a png takes?

I make the avatar 60x60 too! And I sharpen while I decrease the size in increments so it stays good, BUT NO. I feel like it's not that though because I've tried saving as .jpgs and .gifs and uploading those and the image quality is still shit Maybe I should try saving as a .tiff next time.

I love Mibba don't get me wrong, but I wish there wasn't a limit on how many stories you can subscribe to. Like say you reached page 30 of subscribed stories, when you keep subscribing to newer stories the older subscriptions start to disappear.

So say one day you want to reread an old story but the story you are looking for has disappeared, and you forgot the name of the story.

Can't there be away like the old mibba where all the stories you subscribe to can be seen with out them disappearing on you?

I really dislike all of the grammar and spelling mistakes, or not knowing which spelling of a word to use. Many are really good stories but the errors take so much away. No one wants to be bashed,but if you want to write, you need to be able to take constructive comments

I don't really like how people typically seem to be more active on stuff like forums than on writing stuff like stories, poems, etc. Yet, I'm guilty of that, so I can't complain too much.

And, I KNOW I have probably said this before but I really don't like how some of the slowest, least active threads are the ones that are actually writing related on a writing site! I just wanna talk about writing sometimes, y'know?

I dont like how when I go to edit a profile comment or a forum post, the smileys suddenly show up as the code you put in to get them....

I haven't gone over all 504 pages so this may be addressed.

I don't think it's a good practice to have someone be pulled out of the story when you goto a writer's profile in the tabs, "Read, Info, Comments", and the offending tab, "Author".
the Author tab opens the author's profile to a fresh page, I think it should be seamlessly integrated into the Story page so as not to break the immersion of the reader.
One should be able to go back to the "Read, Info, or Comments" tabs from the Author's profile tab as from any of the other tabs on the page.

YES! the mini sites are going belly up and no one else can do anything about them!

I hate how dead the contest page is. It's stupid and makes me really sad.

I don't like how the site isn't nearly as active as it used to be. Mibba is such an amazing community and I just wish that there were more people who were more active on the site.

Me too. When I was 13-14 this site was way more active. It made it a lot more fun. I wonder what happened? Do you think it could be how minna changed the layout of the whole site? Which, btw, I really was sad to find out.

I think it might be because some of the older features were taken away when New Mibba became a thing. Also, a lot of the popular A7X writers (it was the hugest fandom on here at the time) pretty much all left Mibba, whether it be temporarily or permanently, within the same 12 month span of time. That's about the time I remember it starting to become less active.

I really wish you were able to see recommendations on things besides stories. If I'm friends with a user who has recommended one of my poems/blogs/articles, that's the only way I can see it. How can I thank people when I have no clue who's liked it??
