I've only watched K-dramas so far, but plan to watch some J-dramas in the future. I reccomend Oh! My Lady (it has Siwon from Super Junior in it and is pretty cute/funny) and Iris. Both of those are k-dramas, by the way.

The Korean drama Shut Up Flower Boy Band and pretty good. :3

And Jiu-Special Investigation Team (Keishichou Tokushuhan Sousakei) <---Japanese drama

I haven't finished watching Salamander Guru and The Gang yet. It don't like it as much as Jiu or SUFFB but it's still funny and entertaining.

I have yet to watch Keishichou Tokushuhan Sousakei. ꒰。•`ェ´•。꒱۶
I'll get to it someday, unnie. I promise. ꒰ू•௰ू•๑꒱

Oh, haha you guys should totally go talk to my sister if you're looking for a drama (in whatever language, though she currently supports Japanese and I, Korean Mr. Green) And I'm most certain if you talk to her for like 2 seconds she'll mention her friends blog on Dramas. (it's basically a review blog of some sort. She gives her initial opinion at the start of the drama and then rates it when she's done. Of course everyone has their own opinions, but she's usually spot on. )

    End of sister pimpin'. Cool

Btw, I've seen both Hana Yori Dango and Boys Over Flowers and although I loved them both, my heart sways for Lee Min Ho <3, my future husband if things go according to plan muhaha xD (I'm a dork. )

But hey, I love Matsumoto Jun too yo. Who is, btw, in Arashi. Wink

Ah, it's been 27 days since I last seen a drama...not that I'm counting or anything...

I'm a sucker for Coffee Prince btw. ^^' Sue me, but it was cute !!!! XD I could watch it over and over and not get sick of it. Lol

Oh and ahem. You're Beautiful has 3 beautiful guys in it. It was certainly beautiful to watch. <3 Jeong YongHwa has got to be the most adorable thing !

Have any of you seen Rooftop Prince ? God, I can't express how much I loved that drama. <3 It's really weird at first, but you fall in love with it.

Btw, have you ever noticed how at the start of the drama you think the lead actor is totally NOT good looking, but somehow he grows on you? No? Just me? Okie dokie. Mr. Green

I've learned never to judge a drama by the first few episodes. If I had, I would have missed out on like half my top 10 list ! Now that must mean somethin'. ;)

Oh oh (sorry, I tend to go on and on once I get started. Apologies. :D) have you guys heard of Iljimae ? I can't speak for others, but I loved that drama. I actually watched 11 episodes in one night (instead of sleeping and suffered a great deal the next day at work but it was worth it !) and I just find it refreshing. It had it all. :)

Where do you guys watch your dramas btw? I'm assuming we all watch the subtitled ones ? Mr. Green There are a few places that get out new dramas with subtitles I might be able to direct you guys to, but again my sister is a better source than me. XD

I watch all my dramas on dramafever, although I did watch Boys Over Flowers and Playful Kiss on Netflix instant streaming the first time around. Dramafever is rather good about getting new dramas out with subtitles quickly. Plus the video quality is amazing and it's free. You don't even have to deal with ads if you have an adblocker extension. ◠◡◠

Wow. This is the first time I heard of someone mentioning Arashi in this thread. I adore Ninomiya as he's a really good actor, besides his nonchalant attitude. Most of the J-doramas that I watch were mainly because of Johnny's Boys (you do know Johnny's Entertainment?). tehe

I've heard of Iljimae, but I didn't really watch it. I knew the lead was the same guy who was in the Korean movie 'The King And The Clown'. He was a bishonen in that. He's so breathtakingly beautiful! OMFG

I usually watched it on dramacrazy.net. However, I haven't been there for years as I kinda lost interest in finding new dramas to watch.

When I saw that Netflix had Asian dramas, I felt like my life was complete. I've seen way too many to count so I'll just list my favorite ones in no particular order.

Meteor Garden/Hana Yori Dango/Boys Over Flowers (all versions, duh)
basically, anything with Rainie Yang (Devil Beside You, Why Why Love, Hi My Sweetheart)
City Hunter and Personal Taste (Lee Min Ho WILL BE MINE!)
Soulmate (so upset there was only one season)
    Love at the Aegean Sea
    Secret Garden
    Lie to Me
    Smiling Pasta
    Manhattan Love Story
    Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge

Agh! There's so many more but those are my top favorite. I'm more partial to the Korean dramas...

I like Hana Yori Dango, which is the Japanese version of Boys Over Flowers. But seriously, MatsuJun plays an awesome Domyouji.

    I also like:
Hana Kimi (For You in Full Blossom, I think it is in English)

    Nobuta wo Produce

Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge (the Wallflower)

The drama for Ouran High School Host Club. It's so ridiculous, it's funny.

    Atashinchi no Danshi

Kimi wa Petto (You're My Pet/Tramps Like Us)

    Gokusen

    Mei-chan no Shitsuji (Mei-Chan's Butler)

Zettai Kareshi (Absolute Boyfriend. Based off of a manga by my favourite mangakka)

I have more, but the list'll go on forever. I tend to prefer Japanese dramas over anything ^^

    @ Mana;;
OMG, you're the only person here who have watched the same J-doramas as I! Kicking Okay, maybe not all, but I know all those dramas which you've mentioned!

Try watching One Pound Gospel, starring Kamenashi (of KAT-TUN). That's just frigging hilarious!

And if you're into Nino and Sakurai pairing up together in a drama, try Yamada Taro Monogatari. That's how I found out my OTP for Arashi. In Love

Perhaps some of you can help me then.
About a month ago I was on the train back to university and there was a guy near watching, I think it was a K-Drama, I don't know what the name was but the characters were all wearing suits and searching through an office, I thought it ws a Korean version of the apprentice at first.
    Anyone know what it was.

I like You're Beautiful (sounds corny but is cute and funny), Faith (I just started watching this recently), K pop, and Heartstrings. They are all Korean dramas. K pop, You're Beautiful, and Heartstings have som hot K pop band vocalist in them. Good eyecandy. I'm actually writing a fanfiction sequel to You're Beautiful.

I just finished 'Boys Over Flowers' and I personally really liked it as well as Kim Sangbum. It was like a little emotional rollercoaster. I'm watching 'Flower Boy Ramen Shop' right now and it's pretty good so far. Next after that is '49 Days'. Also, I was recommended 'Panda and Hedgehog' so that's also on my list. It has Donghae from Super Junior in it. OH I also recommend 'To The Beautiful You'. I'm only on episode 3 but I love it so far. It has Minho from SHINee and Sulli from f(x), as well as the adorable Lee Hyunwoo.

Come to think of it, I've watched a lot of Asian Drama, it's just that I haven't count how much. Lately, I watched Korean Drama titled "Boys Over Flower" again (I'm pretty sure this drama is very widely known) because, well, it was quite a thing back when I was in high school. All my friends were completely obsessed with it and they sort of force me to watch it too so I know what they're talking about.

I've watched "Hana Kimi" and I like it. I think it's really hilarious, especially with Nakatsu doing weird things. I think I've watched several other Korean Drama that I can't recall the title and also several other Japanese Drama, like the Japanese version of "Boys Over Flower" because I had a lot of time back then.
