I used to hate touch phones, because whenever I used my friends LG I'd completely suck, and it'd take me about five minutes to send a text.
But then I got a Samsung Tocco Lite for my birthday and yeah, it was weird for the first couple of days, but you gradually get used to it (: And now I love it.

But I agree with whoever said it's harder to text in class...

    Icky Thump:
Touch screens were kind of tricky for me in the begining, it took me a while to type fast on the keyboard of an iphone
But, I'd prefer a QWERTY keyboard over a touch screen anyday
    My touchscreen has QWERTY, haha.
I agree it takes a while to get used to, but in the end it's so much easier and faster to text with a full keyboard over a bar phone, where you'd have to press '1' three times to get a 'c' and stuff like that. I love my HTC Magic phone alot, but I have noticed that the space bar is sometimes hard to press in when I hold the phone up straight, but that's not really a problem because I mostly hold it on the side.

I never use my current phone, but I've just ordered a touch screen. I don't really know anything about it, so I'm hoping it's easy to use. It's a Samsung Monte.

I have an LG Xenon, which is touch screen and slide out QWERTY keyboard.
It's the only phone I've ever had, and now when I use phones that aren't touch
    screen it frustrates me.

    Like my friend Wyatt's blackberry.
Me: -touch- -touch- -twitch- "What the hayul?!"
    Wyatt: "It's not touch screen."
Me: "Oh yeah." -type- -type- -touch-
    Wyatt: "It's not touch screen!"
    Me: "Fml."

Just thought I'd share that... Shifty

I have the Droid Eris, I really love it, though I do have some issuse with the auto correct when typing.

Personaly I think the iPhone is the best touch screen because it's so accuratly callibrated. I never mess up when I'm typing on them.

I cannot stand touch screens. Don't even like using a touchpad on my laptop. It's too easy to accidently touch it when you don't want to and fuck something up.

i had the lg bliss, but the touch screen NEVER worked! i had to keep calibrating it, and then it only worked for about an hour after that. Now the iphone is so much better, the touch screen on it is sensitive to the heat from your fingers.

I have the Droid Thunderbolt. I was going to get the iPhone but when I played with both of the phones thunderbolt seemed more for me. Most of the apps are free even like angry birds. I usually go on mibba by my phone so if my parents are in the room they cant read over my shoulder. I love the phone. Its so easy to type on.

My friend has a touch phone and I find them rather annoying. Whenever I press a 'button', something completely different pops up. Nope, I'll stick to the good old cell phones with normal keys!
