The director almost got arrested for having it on his person because they thought it was an actual snuff film. Need I say more?

Though I disclaim: If you're not sure you're into really disturbing films, watch something like Aftermath, or Cutting Moments, or Guinea Pig: Flower of Flesh and Blood. If you can get through them, you might be able to get through this. Might.

If you are into disturbing films, and don't mind the way they filmed it all on a camcorder, etc., then enjoy.
And I dare you to watch it through without pausing. ^^

I have to say American History X.

All that intense hate makes me really uncomfortable.

Just the thought of spirits coming through the computer scares me. It's one of my favourite movies, but I cannot watch it because it scares me so much.

The old man scene in the Unborn. Something about that scene just scares me. When I first watched it, I ran out of the room crying.

The first time I watched American History X, I was completely disturbed. I was only eleven years old or so but I understood what was going on. That scene where they go into the grocery store and tear it apart was awful. But now, it's the curb stomp that makes my stomach churn. :cheese:

To be honest, I was more annoyed than disturbed by that. I felt as if it were shock for the sake of shock. But then, I usually dislike art house because I find a lot of it quite pretentious.

I thought that the orgy scene in Requiem for a Dream was quite disturbing.

End of the Line, by far.
It's a low budget film so there are many people who have seen it, but if you can get your hands on it check it out.
    Its rather nightemare-ish.
