    Any artists out there?
    (:

    Drawing, painting, or sculpting?
What's your favorite things to draw?
    Color, or Black and white?
    Realistic or cartoon?

Whatever else you can think of.

There already is a drawing topic. And you can make separate ones for sculpting, etc. This topic is a bit broad.

    I like to paint.
People especially, I painted an Audrey Kitching portrait for my painting class last year, and Alex Gaskarth too. That one wasn't... good at all.

I love to draw people. I’ve drawn: Oliver Sykes, Audrey Kitching, Brendon Urie, Ryan Ross, a few characters from movies and books, and I’m currently working on a Tom Sykes portrait.
I want to start drawing some animals though, and nature; I paint sometimes as well. I’m only best at landscapes and flowers though when I paint.

    I love art. :cute:

I like drawing and painting the most. I haven't really done much sculpting.

I have a few drawings in my photos on my profile ^_^

My only problem is how my portraits have a cartoony look to them. But they're still pretty good.

I'm pretty abstract (I'm an art student by the way), my work is semi-perfomance, my tutor describes it as audience manipulation work.

I'm an art student so it isn't really a hobby as such for me anymore. I do mostly illustrative/2D work, I'm absolutely crap at 3D/sculptural works. I like using the basic B pencils and fineliners, inks + dip pen/other mediums aaaand I really love messing about with oil paint and acrylics. I do photorealistic portraits on comission, but I don't enjoy doing them, it just gets me some extra cash and it's good for my portfolio. And I dabble in photography. :)

thank you, I'm an art student so it's not really a hobby but any who...
right now I'm doing this thing with a chair that I stole,
I'm doing it up "pimping it out" as my tutor would say (like sanding it and painting it)
then I'm going to give it back. I'm exploring the theme of 'anti-vandalism'.

    Ah! Cool. ^^
I really like the concept. :)

But hehe, you make me think of my older sister. ^^
    She's an art student/teacher.
She's got a masters degree and she's working on her doctors degree I think...

    Aww!
Such things are so cute. ^^
And personally I think the world needs more things like that...

We have/had a movement here in Sweden where you could print out small cards that said "You seem like a nice person" on one side and then an explanation on the other.
And then you'd pass these out and then they'd be passed a long.

I got a card that had travelled around half the country! xD

And I forgot to say that I'm glad you posted here and brought some more non-traditional art into the mix. ^^

    omg that's so sweet!!
At the tate modern they had (don't know if they still do) post cards that you could draw/write on and they'd put them up.

and thank you Cute my tutor encourages it, he said we weren't allowed to use paint until the second term and even then he'd frown on us.
