To some writers, their characters are just people they just came up with. To others though, they're more. The character I'm most attached to is John from "The Demolition Lovers". He's been through a lot of pain and misery in his short life and you can't help but feel sorry for him. Cry Which of your characters are you the most attached to?

I'd have to say that I could never let go of Beau and Jared from my Blessthefall story. I just grew so attached to them over the first two parts, and even the third. I'm also attached to their adopted son, Skylar. He's so cute and adorable.

Hmm, Brooklyn Riddle from "The Last Nyxen." She's been with me for four years. Without her I'd be lost.

Hmm the characters I am most attatched to are not on Mibba but I really love them and have dreams where I am friends with them (I am very serious about character profiles and development)

They are a group of six friends.

I love Lilly Weller because of her attitude to life. She's one of these people who has faults (mostly her worrying) and sees faults in others but doesn't hold it against them. She is a great observer and holds friend ship as a very high value. She's sort of the person who although not exactly outspoken, knows her friends much more than they think she does and steps in when they will get hurt. She is the most privileged of all the friends so sometimes doesn't understand the money problems that her friends families sometimes have. She isn't spoilt though and is very giving to her friends and her four sisters.

Sara Addison is the baby of the group and although she craves independance because of her absent-minded nature she recieves a lot of help. She sort of goes along with the flow and if she ever loses her temper people are very alarmed. She is very encouraging and once rescued a stray puppy. She has a very friendly family who are well liked in the community and their front garden is covered in her younger twin brother and sisters toys. She doesn't admit to any negative feelings and tends to wallow in any personal problems she's having. She has a very strong relationship with Dale.

Lisa Granger is a victim of divorce and craves attention from her father who has started a new family in London. She is seen a self-obsessed and uncaring but really she is struggling with very low self-esteem. She can't stand critism as it knocks her delicate ego. She seeks solice in boys and clothes. Although at first glance it doesn't look like she cares very much about her friends she'd instantly stand up for them. She is very secretive and can be easy to manipulate and cold. She reguraly goes to church with her mum.

Anastastacia (Ana) Roberts is the girl who was born in Spain. When they moved to Scotland her father turned to drink and would hit her mum. When he hit Ana, her mum took Ana and ran away when she was three. They went through a lot of financial trouble and still her mum juggles teaching Spanish lessons and looking after Alejandro while her new husband is a brick layers labourer. Ana is extremely pretty and clever and is determined to do well at school so she can help her families situation. She is quite quiet but strong-willed and refuses to be pushed down although she is well liked so not many people mess with her. She is

Rachel McGowan is the most together of all the friends and is the glue. Everyone sees her as perfect, a briliant older sister and one of the brightest at school. She is incredibly selfless and rarely does things without thinking them over. Her friends rely heavily on her. Despite all this she is quite dependant and doesn't like being alone and blames a lot of things on herself. She does have a rebelious streak that comes to light when she starts to secretly see Sara's older brother Andrew.

Alexa (Alex) Brown is a big tomboy after her mother died and she was raised by her father with her three older brothers. She was also taught by tutours until she started high school. She can be very blunt but doesn't mean any harm and when she apologizes she expects people to believe her as she only says sorry when she really is. She hates to be fenced down and enjoys refurbishing cars with her dad and horse riding. She can be quite competitive and is good at all sports although Lilly is better at tennis. She is very funny, witty and fiercely loyal. She says if she followed any religion it would be Buddhism.

So yeah, they are my absolute favourites. Sorry the writing is choppy, I had to cut a lot down.

I don't think so. You're not necessarily the most attached to your favorite character.

    ---

    Probably Ryan in S/he.
I just identify with the fear and uncertainty of him. And I want to take care of him.

Tobin in Leaves With Veins is starting to catch my heart.
The Singer was always massively dear to me, though. As much as his self-pitying annoyed the crap out of me. tehe

Well I'm actually attached to all my characters. A lot of people have thought it was weird but I sort of consider my characters as my children in a way. I mean, I created them so... I guess that's why.
Yet at the moment, I'm really attached to my character Aydan Mars from Cupcakes, Rainbows and Black Roses. In the plans for the future chapters, he gets put through a lot trials which he doesn't deserve but he's really a sweet guy if you exclude that annoying and obnoxious side to him. XD

Frank, Gerard, and Mikey in "Cameras Make Ghosts" are my favorite characters. In Love
Frank, because he's so lost. He has so many secrets and all he wants to do is start fresh. I dunno. There's a lot to love in him. He's conquered so much and yet still has so much to learn that I can really relate to him. Very lovable.
Gerard because every time I even think about him I smile. He's such an.. out there character. He just doesn't care. He gets completely immersed in everything he does and he's just... a goof. I love him.
And Mikey, because he supports, loves, and protects his brother. I think... he's amazing. He's just... In Love Words do not describe my love for him.

Probably Ryan in You're A Regular Decorated Emergency. Since I've started the story I'm becoming more attached to the way Ryan is in that story.

I'd have to say I'm most attatched right now to Bill and Gustav in The Orphanage. Bill's going through a lot right now, and Gustav is / has been for a while going through a lot.

Of course, Fae from Dear Spider. She's only 15 and homeless and going through so much, you have to stop and feel bad for her.

Tom in Ghost Of You. I mean, his brother drowned and he blames himself for it. You just want to hold him when you read what happens.

Bill in Humanoid. He's a servant for a vamily of these vampire-like creatures, with his mother working as a maid for another family and he only gets off about twice a month. I would die if that happened D:

Even if they're not original, I'm terribly attached to Bill and Tom from Star of David.

I've put a ton of effort into all their complexities and personalities. They come across as two different people, but still very alike, but still very different. And in reality, they're just more alike than the readers will ever know. Bill is slightly typical, but he's deeper than I've been showing. I think I'm leaning towards Tom at the moment, though, because he's just this mess of thoughts and this and that and he has no idea what to do.

I have found myself growing attatched to Rafi in Make You Sweat. Just because she is everything that I wish I was, she has everything in her that I wish was in me.

Ryan in 9 Months is a Long Time. I'm really exploring his character and backstory and what brought him to LA right now and it's almost heart-breaking, but it's really funny at the same time. The things that boy does to me...
