YES! Exactly! I'm the same way. When people take Kogan and Jarlos as more than just a bromance it actually annoys me. Haha Facepalm

Writing fan-fiction is one thing, but when you tweet the boys telling them you ship Jarlos (and when James retweets a Jarlos tweet Twitch) wow.

I am so excited about season 4. The last season was a little bit of a let down for me compared to the first two. It wasn't horrible by any means, it just wasn't the greatest. I did enjoy that they had a bloopers episode though. Those are always some of my favorites to watch. tehe

Okay, so I really hate how the show's completely vilified Lucy and turned her from an interesting, fleshed-out character to a pathetic stereotype just to keep the Kendall and Jo relationship going. Granted, I'm Team Lucy, but aside from that, I felt like Lucy was the only female character on the show that was actually interesting and relatable. Jo's too boring, and Camille's just psycho and creepy.

I agree. It's like every female character (other than Katy, who I actually love, to be honest) is really annoying in some way, whether they're too over dramatic or under dramatic or anything else. Then Lucy came around and changed everything because she was just... Real. Now in season 4, it's like they're using her to make Jo seem more likable since they kind of shoved her back into the show in the middle of Kendall and Lucy starting a relationship. Now Lucy's kind of a jerk (in my opinion) and I honestly think that she's portrayed that way this season to get more sympathy for Jo.

And on the topic of pairings, some people take it WAY too far. Kogan is Kogan, Jarlos is Jarlos, but when people start tweeting the guys about it or making manips of them kissing or having sex or something, things just go too far. That can't be comfortable for them.

As far as female characters go, I also liked Stephanie King, but she like, mysteriously disappeared. I also liked the brunette Jennifer when they gave her her own stuff alone and away from the others, but the show never seems to stick with the few female characters that I actually like/find cool/find somewhat relatable. I think for the last season and what's aired so far of this season, the show is focusing way too much on the guys' relationship drama (especially Kendall's), and the female characters are just too weak to carry those plotlines.

That being said, since they're so set on keeping the Jo/Kendall relationship, I do hope that Lucy and James end up getting together. I think that would be an interesting relationship dynamic.

I don't ship any of the slash pairings, but as far as ahowverse goes, I can definitely see the slash in some episodes because I think Scott Fellows writes a lot of slashy things into the show. At the same time, I also feel like a lot of the fans go into a lot of things looking for slash so hard that they turn things into something that they're not, especially when it comes to the actual actors' personal lives, and I think that's just really psycho/stalkerish.

Right, like whenever there's a stronger female role it just gets taken away, or just dialed down in Lucy's case. But I do really want to see her with James. She would be the type to keep his head out of his ass and it would just be a great pairing in general.

And yeah, you can definitely tell that Scott is basing the plots off of The show off of Kogan, Jarlos, and all the rest of the pairings, which is ok, but there's nothing I hate worse than someone tweeting Kendall "Kogan forever!" or James "Omg Jarlos". It absolutely makes me cringe so I can only imagine how weirded out they are.

But again, plot wise, I honestly enjoy watching Katy's scenes more than anything. Mostly because I just miss the guys being idiots and having prank wars and gettin into trouble. I mean I know they have to grow up, but I just miss them getting into trouble because they did really idiotic things as a group.

I don't know, I'm really just amazed that totally flat characters like Jo and Camille have such prevalent roles in the show this season while the more developed female characters either disappear or are ruined. Like, I think what made me like Lucy and Stephanie was because they both sort of had their own thing going on (Lucy with her music, Steph with her horror movies), so their characters didn't just revolve around their relationship with the guys. Even though Jo and Camille are both supposedly actresses, they're only really shown/characterized as Kendall and Logan's girlfriends, and while I doubt it would make me warm up to them since I already dislike them so much, I think if they had been portrayed as having more going on for them in the beginning besides just being someone's love interest, they probably wouldn't be so boring as characters.

I just didn't get why there was so much emphasis on the guys' winning over Lucy (showing that they could "rock," James and Kendall fighting over Lucy, the guys trying to break Lucy and her boyfriend up) the entire last season if Kendall was just gonna pick Jo. It seems like a lot of build-up for nothing to me, but I guess I would rather have Lucy with James than have her disappear like all the other female characters.

I get what you mean, even though Katie annoys me most of the time. I think my favorite season is still the first season because there was more of a plot balance in that season. Sure, there was some girl stuff, but there was still a lot of the guys being guys, getting into trouble together, dealing with school stuff, dealing with the music industry, etc. In the last two seasons, it seems like it's turning more into Degrassi or something, with every episode having some sort of girl drama between one of the guys, and that's just not the Big Time Rush that I fell in love with as a show.

I know the boys are off doing bigger and better things, and I couldn't be more proud... but as quirky as the show was I still really miss it. :/
