Telephobia-fear of talking on the phone

This one in itself is bad. I can't do anything that involves talking on the phone. It makes my family and boyfriend so mad. Like right now the only communication I have with my brother while hes in Afghanistan is talking on the phone, but I just can't do it. I get the worst panic attacks and I can't breath, it's horrible and so bad. I've cost myself plenty of job opportunities just because I can't pick up on the phone and call about my application.

I don't know if there is a name for this fear but I fear bugs. Any kind of bug I don't care what it is I fear it. It's so bad that I can't even be the same room as one. If I see a bug or god forbid a cockroach in the room, I'll run out of the room screaming and crying. I won't go back in the room for at least a month just because I'm scared of it still being there. This fear also controls my life because I hardly go out because of it, because there are bugs everywhere.

Umm... I have no idea what the names are and I don't feel like looking it up either. So I can only remember one which is Claustrophobia, I can't stand being in small places or when people corner me. I have a fear of my eyes popping out if people put their hands anywhere near them. I have a fear of the dark, I can't stand not knowing what is around me or not being able to see anything in the dark so I sleep with a night light on. I am afraid of heights.

Bovineaphobia - Fear of cows. I don't know how or why, but I'm terrified of cows. Being near one, can make me cry or panic. And it's sort of a problem too, because I live in the country. In order for me to get to school, I need to walk past a field of cows. It's horrible. I walk past it was quick as possible, and try not to cry. And it's not like it's only bulls. No, it's cows, no matter the sex.

I have other fears, but I think that's my only phobia.

Thantophobia - Fear of Death or Dying

I'm not scared of being dead or the afterlife (if there is one) but the process of actually dying scares the shit out of me. Like all the rumors with life flashing before your eyes and all that junk and it all coming to an end just makes me want to leave the room when someone mentions it. Science class doesn't help either when the teachers talk about the universe how we're all gunna die and the sun is gunna burn out etc. I think its mostly the unknown things like if its painless or not and what happens after that freaks me out. I hate the concept of time because of this fear and I'm not a fan of the future in long term.

Emetophobia - Fear of being sick.

The action of being sick makes me actually nearly shit myself. I will do anything I can to avoid being sick, which generally means that I don't eat a lot as when I look at food I tend to see how it looks when surrounded by my stomach acid, and don't place myself in situations were it isn't possible to be sick in. For example, I don't like being in places I cannot escape from, and always (no matter where I am) work out somewhere I can be sick in the place I am at. See, unlike a majority of people with fears such as spiders or moths, I cannot face my fear unless I physically make myself sick. I only developed this phobia recently, but so far it's ruined my life.

I have emetophobia as well, though I am less preoccupied with myself being sick and more with others. I mean, I would do anything to avoid it, but I tend to forget that it's a possibility until I feel nauseous.

When it comes to other people, all they have to do is cough a few times and I'm half out of the room. Facepalm I don't particularly like long car trips, I dislike exams because I only think of the people who are sick but showing up anyway so they can get a good mark, and I have come to terms with the fact that it probably means I won't have kids.

Which, at this age, isn't really too tragic to me.

The phobia's been a little bit troubling recently, because in my chemistry class we've been working with butanoic acid, which is responsible for the smell of it. I almost started crying when he first told us we'd be using it in our experiments. Facepalm I've spent a good few lessons sitting outside. Far away from the classroom in case anyone makes a dash for the bathroom.

^ Oh my God, thank the Lord there is someone out there who gets it.

Recently (about August this year) I had a vomiting bug, which led to me being sick for about 9 to 10 hours straight. It was horrific and pretty violent. To get through it, I did this strange thing in my head, like detaching my mind from my body, so I just basically let my stomach do all the work and just get it all up.

Ever since then it's become an obsession and it literally is ruining my life. I get panic-attacks whenever I think about it, or if anyone mentions they are nauseous (even on TV). I can't go back to school, which is ruining my plans for university etc.

I've tried literally everything I can to get rid of it: CBT, hypnotherapy, drugs, relaxation techniques, aversion therapy - but it just won't go away. I'm terrified it's going to completely spoil my life, and already it's causing numerous family arguments.

I'm starting to think that I may have PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder), as for someone with a fear of being sick, the idea of a vomiting bug is just the worst case scenario. I never knew what a fear was until this came along. I mean I used to say I had a fear of heights or spiders, but really I didn't fear them, I just disliked them.

    I fucking hate this.

    PARASITOPHOBIA-Fear of parasites.
I have other phobia's, too. But this is definitely my worse.
I can't stand them. I'm always paranoid that I'll get them. And even hearing the word, "parasites" freaks me out. e-e
If I feel something moving inside my body (like when you're digesting food or whatever.) I freak out, thinking....well...it's a parasite that is moving.

    I'm 18 and female.
    My phobia is Hemaphobia.
    -The fear of blood.
I don't fear blood in general, I just don't fall under the category of fear of needles. I'll go to the doctor and get shots. I'm alright. But if it's a blood test... It's really hard for me to even type the word. I'm getting better at it because I know I need to get them to stay healthy.

I can't even stay in the waiting room before the panic attacks hit. It takes around an hour to calm me down even when they tell me I don't need to get one this year. It's all a trained fear. I'm trying very hard to untrain the phobia because if someone talks about it or gestures giving one I'll cry and cross my arms and legs.

Taphephobia - Fear of being buried alive.
I cannot begin to explain how terrified I am of being buried alive.

    Trypanophobia - fear of needles.
Not as major as the first one, but it sprung from a bad experience I had at the doctors as a little kid.

Nyctophobia (also known as Achluophobia): fear of the dark.
    Autophobia: fear of being alone.
xxxxxxThese two sprang from an experience at my grandparents' house a couple years ago while I was house sitting. It was terrifying. I was sliced up every night for a week `til I left. x.x

    Then I also have:
    Trypanophobia: fear of needles.
xxxxxxI don't remember what happened, but my body does. I had constant blood transfusions from when I was born until I was around three months or so. I was born too early and shouldn't have survived. I actually have a scar across my abdomen about four - five inches long from when I had surgery around three months. x.x I had internal bleeding.
