In some videos I've seen say the pentacle (star in a circle) is used a lot in subliminal messages, and is sign that the Illuminati are devil worshipers. But what they don't know is that the Pentacle was a pre-Christ symbol for the goddess of love, beauty, and feminine, Venus. Her sign had been altered by the Early Roman Church to the sign of the devil in an attempt to covert the masses.

    Edit:

So, really, if the Illuminati is indeed real, and they know about the Pentacle's origins, they could be changing to world for the better.

But, I highly doubt the Illuminati are real. I mean, sure, Walt Disney could have been a Devil Worshiper, but was his company run by the Illuminati? maybe.

Haha I apologize, I just thought they would explain it better than I could.

Anyway, Basically it's about a group of people looking for New World Order. They control people through music, movies, politics etc. It's a 'secret' society and they say alot of celebrites such as Lady Gaga,Jay-z even Barack Obama are part of this group. When you are part of it you can not deny you aren't in the group, but also can't say you are. They all basically sold there selves to satan for control and fame. And often have sataninc messages in there music,movies..etc.

Yeah that was a horrible explanantion, but I guess the basics of it. The videos so alot better job.
Yes, my cousin explained about "Illuminati" to me last December. And it's kinda scary. D:
But I believe there is Illuminati.

I find that, when asked, people who believe in the Illuminati conspiracy and NWO don't tend to know a thing about what the real Illuminati actually was, and what it entailed. It certainly had nothing to do with Satan or selling one's soul, and the belief that it ever sought any kind of world domination is incredibly lacking in evidence.

There are dozens of "secret societies" out there, who knows if they truly exist? Hence, the "secret" in their name.

Fun fact in ancient Rome, Christianity was considered a "secret" religion until Constantine moved the capital to Constantinople.

Sorry about the history lesson :] collecting history textbooks is a hobby of mine.

That seems like a rather large contradiction. Shifty Surely if we don't know if they truly exist, we can't also say that there are definitely lots of them out there? I don't see alleged secrecy as being a counterargument for them not existing.

no, it makes sense. It's like saying there are dozens of religions, who's to say which are true? Basically she's saying we hear of dozens of them, but we don't really know if they exist.

But religions aren't secret organisations; we know that they exist. Whether they're true or not isn't equivalent to the question of whether secret societies truly exist.

I recently watched a few videos on YouTube about the illuminati and one was of the music industry and it freaked me out. Because well I know there about the new world order and there those stones with the "New World Order" Rules on it.. Then when they showed some symbols like the triangle with an eye inside, I see it everywhere now xD Then with the numerology thing with deaths of stars, Disney movies with subliminal messages, and backmasking in songs... Ah! It was mind blowing!
Now when people say secret societies I agree they cant be so secret if we know of them.. I think there more "secret" socities hidden in plain sight. Like when you dont mean to hide something, lose it, come to find out it's where you checked a thousand times.
I believe theres a illuminti but then again I dont... I think I dont because it just seems so not.. real.. but then at the same time it does.. and omg disney with the things! I love disney movies :/
I thought it was a interesting thing to learn about so I did an I learned a lot about what it supposably and well still making up my mind if it could exist...

If you listen to a song backwards and listen for certain words, you will hear it. If you listen to a son backwards and don't know what you're listening for, you probably won't hear anything. There's a name for it, and there is psychology research based around it.

Also, I really don't think that Lady Gaga sits in a studio and says, "Okay, now rewind all of that. If it doesn't say 'hail satan' then we need to redo the entire song".

I have an acquaintance who thinks that everyone is pretty much a member of the Illuminati and ridiculous things like cover art prove it. He's a friend of my boyfriend's so I have to struggle not to laugh at him and go 'really' when he points these things out. It was like me thinking that anyone who drew a rainbow was gay in middle school.

I guess you're not talking about the Bavarian Illuminati, though? Just the modern knock-offs? Because I kind of like the Bavarian Illuminati, in theory:
    Quote
The Illuminati (plural of Latin illuminatus, "enlightened") is a name given to several groups, both real and fictitious. Historically the name refers to the Bavarian Illuminati, an Enlightenment-era secret society founded on May 1, 1776 to oppose superstition, prejudice, religious influence over public life, abuses of state power, and to support women's education and gender equality...The goals of the organization included trying to eliminate superstition, prejudice, and the Roman Catholic Church's domination over government, philosophy, and science; trying to reduce oppressive state abuses of power, and trying to support the education and treatment of women as intellectual equals.

I wasn't sure where to post this, but since it basically has to do with worshiping "Satan" I thought this would be appropriate.

    opinions?
Fake bull crap. The Illuminati is based on the Bavarian Illuminati which was a 19th century version of a secular organization.
