Yup, as long as you credit the user you can use any graphic you would like.

But don't add your own text, if you'd like a different text used ask the creator and they will change it for you.

A lot of people use that program, but I never have. I feel if I do, it would be like cheating on Photoshop.
BTW I loved the lips one you did.
