I have a good idea for this.
- The.Keeper:
- "scars can tell stories."
I'm going to try this.
- silk tea.:
- New Prompt.
Scenery. Cemetary.
The couple there are not dating.
But they could be in love.
They could be having an affair.
Be creative.
The last sentence should be.
I should've known.
Whether it be dialogue or narrative is your choice.
I know it's already been done but I've done this one anyways.

- prompt:
Take one of the given everyday items/places and write about how a person would view these things if the item was important in the relationship after the relationship ended. ie: a certain shirt would remind a girl about how much her ex liked it.
Focus on the emotion they would feel as they saw it, and how they would react to using it/seeing it everyday afterwards.
If you're feeling risque, flash back and forth to show how the couple were when they were together, and how they used the item.
- A coffee pot.
- A bench in the park.
- A movie.
- A subway car / a certain seat in the subway car.
- A local coffee shop.
If you try this, could you send me a link? I'd like to read it.
I'm gonna' do this.
- Going Public:
- "If we have this conversation, it's going to end badly for you. Consider that a fair warning."
They Should've Known
- ravegirl.:
- I'm going to try this.
But can instead of 'I should've known,' I'm going to use 'they should've known.'
I made one for this prompt: Second Chance.
- Rocket Queen:
- "Sometimes goodbye is a second chance."
Write about the aftermath of a break-up.
Focus mainly on the feelings of the person who has said "goodbye" in the relationship, and whether or not they should go back.
Emotions should feature heavily in this piece.
Lyric credit: "Second Chance" by Shinedown.
Oh I might do something with this. I love Slipknot.
- Shelby Skrillex:
- "Better make yourself at home; you're here to stay. You won't bother me if you let me bother you. All the doors are locked, all the windows shut. Keep in mind, I watch you. Never leave my sight, never leave me." Prosthetics, Slipknot.
I've always wanted to write a Stockholm syndrome story based on these lyrics.
:D I read and commented :D.
- alicesellscutlery:
- I'm gonna' do this.
Edit: Here it is. Conversational Edge.
I have a really great idea for this.
- over the rainbow:
- Promt:
A love triangle.
It can be of any gender, but there must be a married couple in the triangle.
Emotions need to be constant, and flowing in this story.
The words "Why do you always do this to me?!" must be used somewhere in the story.
Describe how each character feels in detail.
I finished mine for the prompt "a coffee pot".
