What Do You Regret?

Everyone has something they wish they didn't do...

I wish I hadn't argued with my Dad last time we talked on the phone. I'm not going to his place next holidays now.

What do you regret? Be as detailed as you want...

Well, just not sticking up for some people, that's it really, everything else just made me who I am.

Well, I had an uncle who was a drug addict. We were very close and when he was sober, he was the coolest uncle I'd ever known. When I was about 12, I was at my Grandma's house (he stayed with her). Then, I saw him doing cracks and I was so disgusted at him. A few months later, I went back to my Grandma's house but when I knew that he was also in the house, I refused to go see him. So, I went back without seeing him. A few weeks later, he was found dead under his bed. I regretted not seeing him that day. If I'd known that it would be my last chance to see him, I would've gone in and told him I loved him always.

I regret not partying more. I'm young, and I deserve to get to do sh*t.
But my friends aren't supportive of these thoughts of mine.
I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing... :S

The big mistake I made that still hangs over my shoulder constantly, is that I wish I never got close to Jess. I regret... hell, I regret meeting her. I don't have to deal with her anymore, but the damage she did to me and what was then my relationship with Victoria was irreversable.

I regret being so closed off. I shut myself down before I ever experienced letting people in.

I regret ever liking him.

I regret not sneaking out of the hotel room and joining Dusty back in the bar. Or at least pleading with my parents to let me out because I know that things would've happened that night that would've made an already beautiful evening even better.

I regret starting things with Truk, because he doesn't understand that no means no.

- Being a stupid girl.
- Not listening to the compliments I was given.
- Not believing the truth was it was given.
- Not asking for help sooner.

I always told myself to live without regrets, but sometimes I find myself regretting something, even if it is the littlest thing. I regret things that I've said to my parents a lot :(

I regret ever letting him into my house, I regret ever letting him touch me, I regret letting him grab my wrist and make it do what he wanted, I regret not kicking him in the crotch and standing my ground, I regret giving in and saying yes.

I mostly regret everything I do.

I've made plenty of mistakes but what am I gonna do? It's all said and done now.

never confessing my love to her.
now, someone else is going to snatch her up, and i think she's gonna let herself go.

not being outgoing enough.
not being able to feel confident.

I want to believe that so bad. But I keep getting caught in the past. I think it's destroying a little part of my mind.

I regret a lot of things. Mainly certain interactions with people that made me feel really, really worthless. I know they don't matter and those people probably don't remember them. But I do.

I regret ever getting out of the eating routine I was in a few years ago. I was super skinny and healthy. I also somewhat regret ever trying Adderall because now I'll never feel like I'm productive, motivated, or energized on my own in comparison.

I wish I had of tried harder in maths for last 2 years. At the end of year 7, I had the same score as my maths genius friend
