^ I was a bit disappointed actually. *Spoilers in white* I mean, I'm glad it wasn't one of the generic red herrings like Jenna or Ian, but still... Firstly, I don't like that there were two A's. It was a good twist, but no. Because they weren't really working together, were they? (I might be wrong because I've only gotten my answers off google) And I think the whole 'evil twin' thing is like the oldest trick in the book and it was just disappointing to me that there wasn't really anything more creative than that.)
^ Yeah, those were my thoughts exactly too. (spoilers - too - are also in white text down below)
I think it's an absolute rubbish thing to happen. I think that's how it happened in the book too, I got that from Wikipedia - but I'm not too sure how it pans out in the book. But in the movie, there's no mention of this evil twin at all, and it doesn't quite make it at all believable. If there were hints, maybe. Oh, I don't know if this was the case - but did the evil twin kill the other twin? I know she was sent to an institution...Then she pretended to be Alison(?). Ah, I don't know. It's not realistic at all, and it was disappointing. :/
Not related to who the killer is; I just watched the episode of homecoming, and how they've got the dirt on Toby and Jenna. Poor kid. I like Toby.
^ (in white again ) Yeah I'm not exactly sure of the details all I know is what I've read online. I think that there's the evil twin in an institution but somehow she switches places with Ally and befriends the girls. She writes all their secrets in a diary. Ally somehow escapes the institution and kills the evil twin. Mona is the first A because she finds the twin's diary with all the secrets in it. Mona dies at some point and then the real Ally becomes A. This is all in the books though, I doubt they've filmed it yet for the TV series. But yeah, totally unrealistic. I haven't read the books but I'm really enjoying the show, I love the way it is filmed and directed, and I would have imagined something a lot more creative for the resolution. I guess I'm half hoping they'll stray from the original plot line for the show
I love Toby too... Spenoby is gorgeous. But omg, I loooove Caleb Yes. Please. Though I do find it unrealistic that the creepy/weird kids are so hot
So do you know how many seasons there'll be? Maybe just two or something, because I really couldn't imagine them making the story run for a very long time. I must admit, I am watching it to see how everything's done as well, and how they give off different vibes to the audience - I think they're doing that rather well. :)
And for a t.v show with a rating of PG (well, that's the rating it has here - on telly 5:30pm Sunday) it's rather suspenseful at times, and creepy.
I don't know if I've come across Caleb yet...I just googled his character, and I don't think so. :/ Hmm. But he looks alright enough :) (I had something else to say with all of this, and I thought it was rather important, or good ... but I have no idea what it was). *cough*
^ Ha, episode 6. (feels like so much more have been) :/ Well, that's the one I just watched. 7 will be on telly this Sunday - because we're a way behind American telly.
10 episodes until we've finished the first season here in New Zealand. :) (I'm still enjoying it, regardless of the fact I know what happens). :) I'm really not a fan of Hannah's mother, :/ She doesn't seem to be the greatest person out there. :/
I didn't see the Season Premiere of PLL tonight cause I don't have cable so I'll catch it on the websites ! I've been on ABCFam's website "camping out" jubilantly and on their FB page and so far I haven't seen a really big spoiler and even if I did, I'd still watch it cause it's such a good show ! Man,I can't wait to see the new episode !!!
The show is completely different from the books. There are some similarities like Ezra and Aria but otherwise, it's different. Spencer and Toby were never together and Caleb never existed. But I do like the show. I always watch it. :)
