I swear to god I didn't know where else to put this so forgive me if you think it should be somewhere else. I also didn't know where else to share this (journals, chat, news etc.) so I just put it here.

I'm trying to find a good story that interests me because I don't always have money to buy new books after I finish all the ones I have and I rarely have library access.

I've been on mibba for about a year and honestly I can't say I've found a story that I've stuck to and read all the way through (except for like one story). There are reasons.

1.) I don't like fan-fictions. I don't know what it is... (Well I do but that's another story) but I just don't like them.

2.) I'm tired of seeing so many love stories. That's just how I am you know? The reason is because there are a lot of young writers on the site and I feel like they're writing about their fantasy love life and not something that is actually fictional.

3.) I don't see a lot of stories with black people. I mean, I'm not racists or anything but I'm black and I feel more... connected to a story when the characters are black... you know? (Not saying that I won't read any stories without black people.)

4.) I don't really like gay slashes. It's just that, a lot of straight girls write gay slashes about men and I think it's kind of strange to be writing about something that you know nothing about. I'd like to hear it from someone that actually knows what it feels like to be gay. Gay femislashes by gay females are okay though.

5.) No vampires or demons. Point blank. u_u. I've had enough of them honestly. Maybe werewolves but not a love story... it's the same reason as number 2.

So basically what I'm trying to say is if you have a story that you think would fit me or something close, please share it. Or if you really think your story is great although it fits the things I don't like, don't be afraid to share it. But don't get upset if I don't read it. v_v That's just how I am

I know you said no vampires, but I have one that fits all of this categories aside from that. It's far from a romance, more a sci-fi/horror story. If you'd like to check it out here you go.

As most of you know the dummer, Sandra, from Black Veil Brides left the band yesterday.

My friend Amanda was writing a Ashley Purdy(bassist of BVB) fan-fic for me prior to this.
She doesn't feel comfortable continuing to write the story since Sandra left.

So my purpose of this journal is to find someone who is willing to continue the story.
If you're intrested in it then comment/message me or Amanda and we will get the chapters she has already written to you, so you can see whats already happened in the story & just go from there.

if want to read the chapters first and then decide if you want to finish is ok too :)

I want to see a story where Victoria and Gabe are going to have a baby, and they're losing their minds worrying about whether they'll be good parents. I really don't want it to be too saccharine-sweet. I want it to be as OOC as this situation can be.

And you get bonus points if Gabe gets some fatherly advice from William.

An Arthur OR Eames (not together, for the love of God) Inception fic, that involves the main girl (OC or Ariadne, doesn't really matter) getting pregnant. I love reading the reactions and how they handle accepting the fact that its happening.. I don't know why...

So that means that details in their thoughts are a must.
