You're right, a lot of people write music on their breakups and there's nothing wrong with it. I remember Ville Valo of HIM, for example, wrote an entire album (Venus Doom) on his breakup with his fiance. He didn't wrote about their relationship, exposed his fiance, or called her immature though, he wrote mostly about how he felt, and how hard it was to overcome that moment in his life .
I think the problem with Taylor Swift writing songs about her ex-boyfriends is that every time she writes a song about a breakup, everybody knows exactly who she's talking about. She even went as far as to write a song with the guy's name in it (or at least on the title, Idk). I think that exposing your emotions and struggles in one thing, exposing your relationships and/or people you had relationships with you is another thing altogether and maybe Taylor Swift didn't figure it out yet.
