- I probably should have checked on this when the show started, but I had been a little busy with college and junk. To say that I am thrilled with people posting on here would be an understatement, I am so excited.
This show pretty much has taken over my life, and I am not ashamed. I love the characters, and the animation is simply beautiful. I feel like the show has grown up with the fanbase that is had originally targeted, but it is also still enjoyable for those who are younger.
I felt like when Noatak and Tarrlok died that it really took the show to the next level. A:TLA never really showed anyone being killed off like that, with such finality to it.
Yes, yes; I agree with this so much. There is not one thing that I am obsessed with more than this show. Not even the shows I truly grew up with, like yu-gi-oh, Pokemon and Digimon. Those don't even compare. I loved A:TLA, but this just took it to a whole new level.
Although, I do think they should up the rating. (Y'know, parents getting mad 'n all about the content of some of the show. Especially since seven year old children can watch it, according to the rating.)
When Tarrlok did that, and the boat blew up...Wow. I was just starting to like them, too!
I mean, there was some pretty certain deaths in A:TLA. Like Jet and General Zhao, but never with such...force as with this. It also pained me very much when they waited 'til the last
two minutes to actually make the fandom happy again!
