I only got a couple ones of my own on a band trip to Mexico but I just can't help but think, "Maybe I should start making my own." tehe

I really like them because I don't like having totally bare wrists and don't change my bracelets often. I've been making and wearing them for almost ten years now. tehe

It's worse at my school, the majority of students take it to the extreme. With about 50 bracelets. Per wrist. Twitch But it's not all friendship bracelets soo... Shifty

It's been getting a lot more popular lately though. :p

I see friendship braceltes everywhere. You know, the cheap ones you get at Claire's or the mall? Those are okay, in my book, but I've always wanted my friends and I to make our own bracelets, only with different colors.

Oh my god, I had a TON of them after last summer. In Love After a while, I took them off to keep from breaking, except for the one that my ex-boyfriend made me, which I only took off when I absolutely had to. It lasted from July to late February. But yeah, I adored them, they were all so special to me. I still have them, including the broken one from my ex. tehe They really meant more to me than most jewelry I own, because they were made by people I cared about so much.

I used to be pretty decent at making them, too, but of course I've totally forgotten how. Shifty

oh friendship bracelets In Love i absolutely adore them. but only if they're homemade. for some reason it's a trend around here for people to stock up their arms with premade friendship bracelets that cost about 2.50 a piece. i feel like it defeats the purpose and is much too expensive.

and, not to be superstitious or anything, but i feel like they say something about your relationship with friends or something. like, every time a bracelet falls off my arm i tend to lose that friend. i don't know if that's just me looking too much into it or something, but yeah. not to mention this is the first time in a long time that my wrists are completely bare. Cry

    wow, this got heavy....

I have no idea how to make them. I tried, really, but they seemed confusing and I didn't really start again... but it was confusing. Again. -.-

I tried the 'v' pattern... yeah, no. ><

I make friendship bracelets all the time. I have sooo many. it's a bit time-consuming but worth it. especially because I don't like a lot of the store-bought ones. I generally stick to the normal chevron pattern because I can do it quickly but sometimes I mix it up and do some more advanced stuff. it's crazy all the patterns and such you can do once you get pretty good at it.

I love them. I enjoy making them. I used to have around 20 on my wrist but I took them off for school. :/

I love them, and I also like making them, but I tend to lose mine since my coach doesn't let me wear them to netball, which sucks.

I wore them all the time. I even make them. For my senior year I had a booth for the bracelets and bows I made. Made some good money for my club.
