I think about this constantly. lmfao I watch wedding shows and all that. lmfao
My friend Cassie will be my maid of honor. tehe
It's going to be at somewhere with character. Not a big, new, white Catholic church. Somewhere darker. My colors will be charcoal, off-white, and oxblood. Roses with black ribbons.

The dress will be black tie, all black except for me.

My hair will depend on how mine looks by then, but it will be curly and pulled slightly back. Pearls, not diamonds. My dress will be off-white, slim fitting, A-line, and covered in lace. I want three quarter length sleeves.
I really like this, only with thicker and longer sleeves.

The bridesmaids' dresses will be oxblood with black flowers in their hair or on the dress. Or black sashes. Knee length with halter tops. Pearl earrings.

Weird My friend Carla is going into cake decorating and I'd love it if she designed the cake.
I really want my friends and mom to be involved.

The professional photography will be taken in color to make my mom happy, but all the photos that I end up framing will be in black and white.

And I want one of my guy friend's to make the wedding video because I know they'd make it epic. lmfao

Live music, but I've always wanted to dance to Ballrooms of Mars by T.Rex.
That's be something I would do.

Fuck the choking birds, I want rice. Grr

Oh, and if Wedding is born before then, she'll be my flower girl. Her dress will be black with the dark red sash and her hair with be in ringlets.
    Weird

.... I have my life planned. XD

I'd love to get married in a black wedding dress, and have a whole gothic theme for the cake and decorations. I'm so in love with that idea, honestly. No offense or anything, but white weddings bore me to tears. I'd also love to get married on Halloween; I wouldn't make my guests dress up for the ceremony, but for the party afterwards, yes.

    Dance

I want my first dance to be to 'A Little Piece of Heaven' by Avenged Sevenfold, simply because, in a creepy sorta way, that song is kinda cute.

For the location, I think I'd like an old castle in the spring, with flowering trees all around it. Of course with the petals blowing all over the place whenever there's a breeze. tehe Either that or in the autumn, when the leaves have all changed colors.

Then I'd like to wear a medieval-styled dress, with a bouquet of lillies, and flowers on the circlet part of the veil as well. I have no clue how I'll wear my hair, but probably down and in a simple/elegant style to go with the dress.

And no wedding march, as it's been mentioned. XD
I'm not sure which song I'd like to walk down the aisle to, but I want Unintended by Muse to play for the first dance. I'd also love to get Just Like Heaven or Lovesong by The Cure in there somewhere.

I want a huge wedding, I'm not sure where yet but I'm not that religious. I'd love a vera wang dress, in white with a small veil and flowers depending on the season.
If it's summer colours would be pink, or yellow, autumn I'd have red or orange, winter I'd have blue and spring would be blue or pink :P
I want a maid of honour and lots of bridesmaids, I want a best man as well but I think that's completely normal, like bridesmaids and a best man for the bride and the same for the groom.
It would be very traditional though :D

I pree much know exactly how I want my wedding. I want it in a forest. It'll be October and nice and cool with the leaves changing colours. I love the fall. I want it to be like a mythical forest. My dress will be classy lace with a ribbon or something under my bust with the dress being flowy (I don't like ball gowns), it'll be strapless with a sweetheart neckline. For the ceremony my hair will be up but it'll be styled so that I can let it down for the reception and have it still look amazing. I want it outside and after the ceremony when hubby & i are leaving the church, instead of rice or whatever being thrown at us, they'll all be holding sparklers. It'll be a small wedding with only our closest family. An enchanted forest wedding. Lol, as you can see, I've thought this through :D

oh oh oh oh oh oh! OMGYES

I think about getting married ALL the time. I've done it since I was little. I'm that stereotypical girl. lmfao I stalk wedding websites and read Modern Bride and everything.

For mine, well, my family is preparing (Lord willing!) to buy a house in my hometown, and I want to get married there. I'm a Christian, but I've never wanted to get married in a church. I just have no desire to. If I do get married at a church, there's a tiny abandoned church in my hometown. It's completely wooden and white and has ivy growing all over it and it's just beautiful.

I want a vintage 50's style dress, with puffed sleeves and a nipped in waist, with lace all over it. I'm going to have a maid of honor (my best friend called the spot like, 13 years ago. lmfao), and I know my fiancée will probably want a best man, but other than that, I couldn't be bothered with a big wedding party. Maybe one or two little kids to be a flower girl or ring bearer. I want my colors to be gold and plum.

Honestly, though, I've given more thought to the reception than the actual wedding. lmfao My parents and I "planned" it one day while we were out on the boat. lmfao I live in the deep south, so wedding receptions range from wild parties to tea parties. tehe (It depends on what denomination of church you go to, no joke). I know I want the reception in my backyard (I want to get married in the Fall, so it'll be cool), and we're going to have all sorts of food and drinks and a wooden dance floor and a little band, and my first dance is going to be to Ray Charles' "Hallelujah, I Love Her So". In Love

I have most of the music planned out too. tehe

Wow, long post is long. XD
    EDIT:

I have found my wedding dress. In Love

I love that dress so, so, so much. In Love And I want a 50's feel to my wedding, so I feel like it'll fit in just fine. And THOSE SHOES. Happy face

I'm mostly hoping that I can wear a dress like this one I found... omg, I want to try it on so badly. It has a high front with a low back, and the straps go through the front so it looks kinda halterish and then it just flows and OMG *drools*. (here: PRETTYDRESS in case anyone's interested... XD)

I don't really want a big wedding... I'm not a huge fan of parties, so probably just family and very close friends. I want it to be white and blue and green, and I want daisies. Oh and I would love to be able to have it outside, in a garden, but that's not a high priority... hmm. I'd want it to be artsy but romantic, and maybe in the evening so I can have sparklers instead of rice/bubbles when we leave. :3

I want to get married so badly. XD

I've never really thought about this before. I'm not even sure I want to get married but I do know I'd want something outside during the fall season.

Okay, I've been watching too many wedding shows as of late, so there's more now. lmfao

I want to wear this or this. I think. I found the Claire Pettibone website and fell in love with a bunch of the dresses. tehe I love how whimsical and almost fairy-like they are.

Music selection has pretty much stayed the same, with Unintended being the song for the first dance. I'd also like to get Life on Mars by David Bowie in there at some point, and as I mentioned before, The Cure.

As for location, I'm still liking the castle location. Although a flowery, garden type of place with waterfalls and fountains sounds really nice too. I wouldn't like to get married in a church or anything, it's just not something that appeals to me.

I sort of forgot about this thread. XD Oops.

Anyways, I was thinking. I'd love to get married on 11.11.2011, but I don't think it'd be possible since I doubt I could plan/afford a whole wedding in that amount of time and I'd be in college then. But if I could get married that day, I'd have a wish theme. My wedding cake would have little stars on it to imitate shooting stars and I'd play A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes.

I'm not sure if this is incredibly cheesy or not, but I don't care. I love it.

My wedding is hopefully going to be really small. I want to have it by a massive duck pond and that's about it. I don't really care where exactly it is, when it is, what the weather is like or anything. I just want it to be small, simple and with my direct family and closest friends (plus my husband-to-be's closest loved ones). I have an insane love of ducks for a really personal reason which no one knows (except for my boyfriend), so it would be special for me to have my wedding around those quacking crazies which I love xD

Oh, and the only traditional part will be the price of my dress, hehe xD I know that I'm going to save up for ages to buy an expensive dress (which won't be a typical wedding dress at all, but just pretty in other ways), which seems silly, but I really really want that part of my wedding.

Definitely not your stereotypical wedding. Something that seems more like a party and show than a ceremony, if you know what I mean. Like, have all my friends and family there, my band play, my friends' bands play, then a crazy party once the family leaves... oh yeah, and bride's mimes instead of bride's maids. haha.

I don't really know to be honest!

I'd love a navy theme though. Navy bridesmaid dresses, ties and such. And also navy shoes! I love coloured shoes under the white dress. Not sure why xD
I'd also kind of like an outside wedding, and it'd have to be spring/summer.

Don't really know anything else. I'm not a big party person, but I'd feel better in knowing that the party wasn't all focused on me, but my husband too.

I WANT A TITANIC THEMED WEDDING.
Maybe, I don't know...But I was watching Titanic the other night and I really loved the part at the very end when Rose and Jack are reunited in heaven by the clock. :] I think it would be cute to find a manor or something that has a similar staircase like the movie. I want to walk up the steps to my fiance wearing a similar dress to the one Rose had on. Hehe, I'm such a freak!

Well my wife is going to be a virgin when we marry, but she (my fiance) is very opposed to wearing white. I'd let her controll every fucking thing, I'd even buy her a fun colored dress to wear to the reception as well as the wedding dress - as long as she wears white to the ceremony. If my bride wears white all my wedding dreams will come true.
