Race is technically based on phenotype but not on genetics per se. Phenotype changes depending on where you live. The best example of this is African Americans. If you notice there are not true "black" African Americans as there are Africans. African Americans are lighter skinned then Africans. This is not due to interbreeding but because of a changing phenotype due to different environmental conditions. Eventually, if immigration was halted for a few centuries or even millennia, everyone in the US would be 'white'.

I am attracted to all races pretty much equally actually. Well, more like I don't care about race at all. I will say that the African phenotype, not the African American but the full black African, is the least attractive to me but not by a huge amount.
