Story Trailers

If this doesn't belong here move it or whatever.

This is where you can go to get a story trailer, if any of you know how to make videos. >.< You can request them, and then people will make it for you.

I am learning how to make videos so maybe sometime later I'll be able to make some for people.

YESS. What computer do you have, because I want to learn I just can't figure out how to get youtube clips to my imovie thing.

^ I get youtube clips by using a youtube downloader, then converting the files to work in iMovie.

Once I get iMovie all figured out, maybe I can make some story trailers

I just use real player to dowload them and from there you can edit. Though I am trying to find a better editing system so I can do more.

What youtube downloader? where do you get the program?

I use FRAPS to record youtube videos.
You can pretty much record anything with it, aha.
Just look it up on google. (:

I've been practicing making these story trailers as well, so I suppose I could start taking requests.
It's a really long process for me, though, since I'm new to it. So I can't do too many at once.

But I'll try if anyone wants one! (:

What youtube downloader? where do you get the program?

I got mine off of download.com I think...it's just called youtube downloader. Once you have it, all you have to do is paste the url to any youtube video and it'll download to your computer.

Wouldn't this thread more belong in the videos section?

I just assumed it would be better suited here, seeing as it's considered graphic design and people can request things like this for their story. No one really goes to the videos section, unless they want to watch YouTube videos.

I love making story trailers. The only downside is most of the videos I make are just photos strategically transitioned in Windows Movie Maker. But I've made them for years, and I consider myself a great photo transitioner. Shameless plug.

The story trailers are amazing. I wish I could make them.

I made a shit load today. Keep in mind I learned how to do this yesterday.
