Story Brainstorming + Mentoring

So I'd really like to write a story about Nicklas Bendtner, a stricker for Arsenal in the UK. I need some help trying to find a fresh idea. He's from Denmark but spends all of soccer/football season in London. He played for Denmark during the World Cup. I don't want to just write a story about some fan meeting a gorgeous football player. O think it'd be cool to make it more family orantated but I'm open to anything.

I deal with this problem for almost all of my stories that I try to write. I get an amazing idea in my head and I start to plan everything for it. I make up the characters, because this is one of my favourite parts. Then I write maybe the firsts or second chapter, and then I get bored of it. I don't want to write about it anymore and then I'm stuck in a rut until the next great idea comes along. This has happened with a lot of my recent stories. It's a bandfic (Muse, not slash) but you don't need to know absolutely anything about the band because the plot is happening in '96/'97 when they were teens (it's not a stupid high school fic I swear). 1/3 is already completed and I plan on posting once it's completed and polished.

I'm in a state of planning. The idea has come to me but i'm not sure how it will be recieved from other people. I need someone who i can bounce some ideas off of and see if it will be a good idea to follow through with or not.

I'm currently working on The Royal Guard and the Royal Scoundrel and I'm becoming more and more displeased with it as I go. I'm really tired of making each chapter totally...to the point. They're about three or four pages on MS Word, but I still feel like they're too short.
I've got the whole story plot, climax, and kiiind of ending, but so far, most of the chapters are kind of like...fast-paced. It would be like speed reading..
I really need help on how to kick this habit. I really want to start writing stories that don't end after about ten chapters. ): I also don't like writing a bunch of fill-in chapters, because cut and dry, I stink at it. I know that there should be a few fill in chapters, but...not like, three in a row...
I was thinking of just rewriting the whole thing, but I'm not sure about that...
It's not just for this story either; I want to be able to write nice flowing other stories as well.

Anyways, I basically want to bring back the horror to vampires, none of the sparkly, walk during the day bullshit. So I'm looking for someone to help me brainstorm, I'm a perfectionist when it comes to writing so doing drafts and coming up with where I want something to go is a bit difficult.

I've got a concept that has been picking at me.

In short, it's about a boy who died at his peak and a girl who's destroying herself.

The boy was a senior, a talented senior, who was very into theatre (and damn good at it).

The girl is a sophomore or a junior, who is slowly curling into herself. She's not angsty, rather, sarcastic.

The girl did not know the boy well, but she has a major fear of death, and therefore the boy felt that he needed to reassure her that he was all right. But he got stuck. So the story's about a girl and her ghost, and he's trying to fix her and she's trying to figure out how to help him "move on."

It would be told from the girl's perspective, first person, with a very Invisible Monsters feel, I'd say.

I need someone to bounce ideas off, mainly on the construction of the characters and mythology of ghosts.

I've decided to write a Slash, it's kinda of one of those stories that has the chronilogical order jumbled where you beging at the conflinct, then go back to how it started then meet back up to the begining and continue on. I have the idea in my head, I'm just wanting ideas on characters to use. I'm thinking some one from Asking alexandria, bring me the horizon, avenged sevenfold or escape the fate. Ideas?

I want to write a story about partying / the typical teenage life-style. So far I've got this for the main character:
-Name: Thomas "Atomic Tom" Bently.
-What he does: Vocalist for a metal band that he's in with his best friends.
-Hobbies: writing lyrics, drinking, partying, getting laid, singing, drawing, etc.
-Age: 19.
-Looks: Tall, scrawny, gray / blue eyes, brown shaggy hair that has bits of blond throughout, mostly towards his face and through his razored bangs. He has a wide smile, perfect teeth, and when he smiles to a great degree, his eyes crinkle. His lips are slightly thin, but not large either. They're the color of rose petals. A silver ring bites through his bottom lip on the right. His jawline is sharp and angular. His skin is alabaster and without any flaws. Except for a noticable freckle above his top lip on the left. Long story short, he's dreadfully handsome.

For the plot. . . I'm not exactly sure. That's what I need help with. I want Tom to go through some traumatizing event that makes him change his perspective on life and become a better person than what he is.

I need help with a story that I'm trying to rewrite. It's actually a big overhaul of an old, crappy AU MCR fan-fic that I've written when I was twelve. And reading it now, three years later, I realized that it sucked major shit. :\

So that's why I'm here - because I really need help starting this baby out. I've been trying to write the first chapter for days, but everything I've written just doesn't seem to fit. I'm having some trouble trying to write how the main character's first day at the boarding school went along. And aside from that, I sort of have a clear view of the characters' relationships with each other, but they just don't seem real and believable. Can someone help me out with this?

I'd really like some help with my short story Little Red

It's a twisted version of the fairy tale Little Red Riding Hood where she is now sixteen and rather than an actual wolf, the wolf is a metaphor for an older man. It's 781 word so far but I need to get it to around 2,000 and I've kinda come to a halt as to what more I could add.

Any ideas of what I could add to the plot or for filler would be greatly appreciated.
