My story will take place in 1800s London, where theres this man that stays up in his attic. He's trying to write 600 page novel about the neighbors and how the wife killed her six year old son, her husband, then herself. He stays up there all day and all night. His wife doesn't pay any mind to it, because she knows he's trying to write. Well, one day their ten year old daughter begins to wonder why her father is never scene and rarely heard.

So, that's it. I have a title already, "Solitude Hill", but I'm not sure. Any suggestions?

I really like Solitude Hill, because it fits, and yet it still has a certain mysterious pull to it.
Um, I don't have any other suggestions that come to mind though, haha.
I just thought that I'd give you my opinion on the title -- it's a good one.

I've started a story and am really having trouble naming it. I want it to be quite original, but fit with the theme/subject of the story. Would someone be willing to PM me so that I can tell them the storyline, and brainstorm some titles with me?

    Thank you! Cute

I'm stuck for a title for a story I'm thinking about writing. Anywho, (if I write it), it shall be a story about a couple who both have the Tay-Sachs gene and the wife wants to have a child. The husband doesn't think it's a wise choice, knowing that the attachment to a child who will die within five years would just kill him as well. So, they fight...but she's pregnant and goes along with it. And so the story goes.

The only title I could think of was Tay-Sachs Baby. And...that's pretty damn lame. Like...really lame. Lame to the point of embarrassment. Any suggestions? Or help? Be much appreciated. :]

Hey, I need help with a title.
I'm writing a story based off an album, but I'm not sure whether or not to use it since it's really long.

I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love.

Should I just name the story based off the album, or give it another title?
    Thanks.

Herm, here are some I thought of:
    Inevitable
    Sick
    Terminal
    A Wild Chance
    Not Chance, Destiny

WOOT equally lame titles xD But hopefully that'll spark something ^^

You could just use the first half, if you think it's too long. Or maybe you could mess with the album title a little, make it something like 'The Bullet Exchange'.

Alright, so I'm writing this story (or rewriting, rather) and I absolutely cannot think of a title. None of them fit it. Here's a possible summary:

We lie, we hide; we pretend everything is fine. These false fronts—they are our protection, deception, and our evasion. So often we may wear these psychological masks, that we forget just what we were without them.

Reed just wanted to figure Benjamin out, but at the first sign of interest, the eccentric teenager recoiled as quick as a fired gun. He thought he was just shy, or maybe avoiding him by the wind of a dirty rumor. But it was so much more than that.

So, yeah, suggestions would be loved.

    - Facade
    - Behind This Mask
    - Enigma

I am in the process of bringing back Kiki's Worldbut I'm re-writing it so I want a new title. It's kind of like Gossip Girl, Rebecca Bloomwood stories. Like... shopholic, new york type thing. I just dunno what to call it. D:

I am in need of a title for a story about a girl who can stop and start time as she pleases. She is about fifteen, the story takes place in a present-day town in the Midwest.
    Any Ideas?

I need a title for my new murder/mystery story.

It takes place in a small Washington town where everybody knows everybody else and they know each other's business. I want the title of the story to be "_______ Falls" because I've found a really great picture of these falls in Washington, but I don't like the name so I can't go with that. I'd like the name to be something soft-sounding to contrast with the fact that a crime has taken place in the town.

I'm back and in need of a title. D:

This new story I'm working on is about a teenage boy who was forced into maturity and self-reliance at an early age, in a broken home. Eventually, his grandparents take custody of him. The years following are full of therapy, psychiatric drugs, and the support of his new family.

Everything is going good when they move, and the kid is even opening up again. But his Pop's Alzheimers worsens and forgets his own grandson. Then he closes up again.

I want a title that kind of just lures you in. Something unusual and out there. Please and thanks! :)

^ Maybe, Forgotten? That's sort of cliche, but it could work.

I need help with a title for a story I'm going to be posting the first chapter of soon. It's an original vampire fiction - the first I've ever written- and for some reason, to me, the title doesn't fit. Right now it's called Ancient Fangs

    Acient Fangs

Any ideas for a new title?
