Pretty much everyone from Twilight; although Bella and Edward more than anyone.

Harry Potter from the Harry Potter series. Seriously, his excessive whining from book five on just made me want to kill him myself.

Nils Bjurman from The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo. He's just...disgusting. I truly hate him, and he's not even real.

Zoey from the House of Night series. She's an annoying little tramp and I can't stand how she's always the center of attention and everyone's so obsessed with her. Aphrodite is a much more interesting character.

Kiyo from the Dark Swan series by Richelle Mead. This is probably not a well-known series on here (it's by the same author who wrote Vampire Academy). But if you do read it or have read it: I hate Kiyo. He's a half-fay veterinarian and one of the heroine's love interests. He's a douche, and I really want him to be killed in the last book. I have my fingers crossed.

Ohh, Alec and Clary from The Mortal Instruments.
Clary - she's smart and figures out a lot of stuff I may not have, and she was fine till about book 4/5, then she gets all whinge-like and needy of Jace. It becomes very annoying, and she (in my opinion) becomes very cliche and overdone. She has her great moment, but still....

Alec - He's worse. I didn't like him from the first time i met him, he came off as a bit of a rude one, and his first impression on me wasn't very good. Over book two, three and four, I kind of started to accept him somewhat, but then book five happened, and just... not to mention Magnus was one of my favorite characters of all time (so it's double the pain/hate), but just the way Alec behaved, got me really annoyed and angry. Perfect realistic character. But I hate him so much.

I just finished Fifty Shades of Grey, and I'm not sure there was a character in the entire book I liked. Maybe Elliot and Taylor—they seemed harmless enough—but everyone else was just ugh.

I understand that Christian is meant to be extremely charming, but I don't think anyone's mother would think their daughter's boyfriend—of, what, three weeks?—flying all the way to Savannah to "surprise" her would be anything short of creepy. How is that romantic or indicative of "true love"?

But I guess the characters are a side-effect of the poor writing quality. Let's go with that. Facepalm

Pretty much everyone from Twilight, The Hunger Games, and Fifty Shades of Grey.
Hermione Granger, Draco Malfoy, and Dolores Umbridge from Harry Potter.
King Thranduil from Lord of the Rings/The Hobbit.
Holden Caulfield from Catcher in the Rye.
    Sorren from Dragon Rider.
    Meggie and Roxanne from Inkheart.

Holden Caulfield from Cather in the Rey, damn i hated him.
Also Jace from The Mortal Instrument, he is the entire reason I didn't continue the series. I just can't stand him. Nothing about him is likable.

I don't know why but I seriously hate Ginny Weasley. She just makes me angry.
Also Dolores Umbridge. She's the worst.

I'm halfway through A Game of Thrones and I hate everything about Catelyn. The way she treats Jon—telling him it should've been him that got hurt instead of Bran, etc.—is so upsetting. Sigh.

I actually liked Umbridge >.<. I love my characters maniacally evil and unreasonable... But I never had a taste for Draco. He was a little punk

I disliked Luke in Percy Jackson (though I don't recall what they were about, as I stopped at Book 5)... Luke was just an asshole. He doesn't deserve Isle of Blest or whatever it was.

My least favorite character would be Jane Eyre or Piggy from Lord of the Flies. Jane was incompetent and Piggy was a complete pussy.

This. I had to skip through some of her parts in the book(s), it was so awful. Facepalm And then afterwards she only seemed to be whingeing and setting people free when they weren't supposed to be.

Also, Ginny Weasley. I couldn't get through the part where she gave Harry his birthday present in the last book.
And in that one episode of Once Upon A Time with Hansel and Gretel, just argh Hansel why would you do that you were specifically told not to like whyyyy. I mean I know it was resolved in the end, but still.

    Katniss Everdean.

She's somewhat likable in the movies but I couldn't stand her in the books.

Anastasia Steele & Christian Grey. Aside from the repetitive sex, I actually liked the book. I have no idea how I managed this without liking either of the two main characters.

Harry Potter as a character is kind of lackluster compared to everybody else in the story, but I definitely don't hate him. Holden Caulfield (I think that's how his name is spelled?) from Catcher in the Rye is absolutely insufferable, though. He's well-written and evokes emotion, but...not in a good way. XD

My least character in Harry Potter was always Professor Umbridge. She was asking to be slapped.

In Carrie, I disliked Chris Hargensen and the PE teacher. The two of them were the worse characters ever. Shifty
